Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan kompensasi yang diberikan oleh Hotel X, Sawangan, Nusa Dua, Bali terhadap kinerja karyawan F&B Service Department.Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 67 sampel. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dan menggunakan alat penguji SPSS, hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa motivasi berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian juga mengatakan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh lebih dominan daripada motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of motivation and compensation to the F&B Service Department employee of X Hotel, Sawangan, Nusa Dua, Bali. The amount of samples the writer used are 67 samples. By using quantitative research method and using SPSS test tool, the result of the research showed that motivation had positive, not significant effect to employee performance, while compensation had positive and significant effect to employee performance. The results also say that compensation has more dominant effect than motivation on employee performance.
