Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisa perbedaan perilaku organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) berdasarkan jenis kelamin dan usia karyawan restoran di Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan bantuan penyebaran kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 350 responden yang merupakan karyawan speciality restoran di Surabaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan perilaku OCB berdasarkan jenis kelamin dan usia karyawan restoran secara keseluruhan. This study was conducted to analyze the differences in organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) based on gender and age of restaurant employees in Surabaya. This study uses quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires. The questionnaires distributed to 350 respondents who are employees of specialty restaurants in Surabaya. The results showed that there was no difference in OCB behavior based on gender and age of restaurant employees overall.
