Abstract

 Abstrak: Transformational Leadership  merupakan model kepemimpinan yang baru yang menyekat hubungan antara pemimpin dan karyawan yang baik akan mempengaruhi gaya kepemimpinan dari pemimpin itu sendiri, dapat dilihat dari dimensi dari Transformational Leadership  yang meliputi, pengaruh ideal, stimulasi intelektual, motivasi inspirasi, konsiderasi individu. Dan Transformational Leadership  didukung dengan kepemimpinan lain yang disebut Leader Member Exchange (LMX) dengan adanya LMX akan membantu terbentuknya Transformational Leadership , begitu juga sebaliknya. Dimensi dari LMX sendiri meliputi Kontribusi, Loyalitas, Afeksi, dan respek profesional. Dan dari gaya kepemimpinan diatas akan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan disuatu restoran. Abstract : Transformational Leadership is a new model of leadership, and Transformational Leadership explains about good relationship between the leader and employee. Relationships between leader and employee have influence for performance of employee. The dimension of Transformational Leadership is idealized influence, intellectual stimulation, inspiration motivation, individual consideration. Transformational Leadership supported by the other style of leadership called Leader Member Exchange. The dimension of Leader Member Exchange is contribution, loyalty, affection, professional respect. Transformational Leadership and Leader Member Exchange have influence to performance of employee.
