Pemberian tip di dalam industri food and beverage semakin meningkat. Oleh sebab itu, penulis ingin mengetahui tentang pengaruh tipping di restoran kasual Surabaya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui : 1) Adanya pengaruh antara tipping norms, service quality, dan table size terhadap tipping size di restoran kasual di Surabaya; dan 2) Pengaruh paling dominan terhadap tipping size di restoran kasual di Surabaya. Jenis penilitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif asosiatif. Analisis data penelitian yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif, tabulasi silang, dan analisis regresi liniear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa : 1) Tipping norms, service quality, dan table size berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tipping size di restoran kasual di Surabaya; dan 2) Service quality berpengaruh dominan terhadap tipping size konsumen di restoran kasual di Surabaya.Keywords : Tipping Norms, Service Quality, Table Size, Tipping SizeThe growth of the tipping in food and beverage industry is on the rise. Therefore, writers intended to know about the influence of tipping in casual restaurant in Surabaya. The purposes of this research are to find out: 1) The influence between tipping norms, service quality, and table size against tipping size at casual restaurants in Surabaya; and 2) The most dominant influence on tipping size in casual restaurants in Surabaya. This type of research uses associative quantitative research. Analysis of research data used are descriptive statistics, cross tabulation, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that: 1) Tipping norms, service quality, and table size have a positive and significant effect on tipping size at casual restaurants in Surabaya; and 2) Service quality has a dominant influence on customer satisfaction at casual restaurants in Surabaya.Keywords : Tipping Norms, Service Quality, Table Size, Tipping Size
