Abstract

The South Sumatra Provincial Library Service is an institution that assists the Governor in organizing Government in the field of Education and uses the website to convey information to the public. The importance of usability is to measure the level of quality of the system with the intention of being easy to learn and then easy to use, encouraging users to use the system to achieve the goals of the user. Each website has a different usability level, the higher the usability value, the easier the website is for users to understand. This study aims to determine or measure the Website of the South Sumatra Provincial Library Service using the WEBUSE method. In this study, researchers used the WEBUSE method, there are 4 categories of usability (1 Content, organization and readability. (2)Navigation and links. (3)User interface design. (4)Performance and effectiveness. Data analysis using validity test, reliability using SPSS version.25. The results of the calculation of the WEBUSE method were processed with Ms.Excel 2007. The results of the overall study of the South Sumatra Provincial Library Service showed that the highest score or value was obtained by the Content, organization and readability variable with usability points of 0.80 usability level Excellent while the lowest score was in the Performance and category. usability effectivity point is 0.78 with Good usability level for the website usability level is at Good level.

Abstract

The LAPKIN website is one of the websites in the form of the Republic of Indonesia's State Civil Apparatus (ASN) Annual Performance Report. The LAPKIN website itself is intended for Central Government Agencies and Regional Agencies. The functions or advantages are to facilitate ASN in submitting the Annual Performance Reports carried out by each agency, and to be able to view agency profiles, organizational structures, work units, job titles, work performance, absenteeism permits, comparison charts of annual assessments and employee status . With the construction of the LAPKIN website, it is hoped that it can assist the tasks of central/regional agencies in carrying out employee performance reporting. In this study it is important to know the quality of the system from the LAPKIN website (Performance Report) at the Palembang City Environment and Hygiene Service, therefore this study aims to analyze the quality of the LAPKIN website system using the WebQual 4.0 method which consists of 3 variables, namely usability, quality information, and the quality of service interactions. The results of this study can provide recommendations to the Environmental and Hygiene Agency of Palembang City to improve the level of website quality in order to achieve maximum utilization.

Abstract

Bina Darma University does not yet have a system for guidance on final assignments, theses, theses so that the mentoring process becomes hampered. Problems are caused by several factors, namely conditions, distance, different schedules between lecturers and students. coupled with the current pandemic conditions, the implementation of online lectures so that the guidance process is not optimal, the mentoring history is not well documented, and the most common thing encountered in the field is that students cannot submit complaints related to academic activities. The purpose of this research is to build a student academic e-counseling system at Bina Darma University. The benefits obtained from research are that the guidance/counseling process can run smoothly even though the supervisor does not meet directly with the students, the guidance history data is well documented and coordinated. Become a forum for students in delivering and consulting with their lecturers. The research method uses a descriptive method while the system development method in this study is the iterative model method. the stages of this method are planning, analysis, design, implementation, Maintenance. The results of this study are in the form of student e-counseling systems such as final assignments, theses, and theses. Where this system can manage title submission data, guidance, virtual guidance, student data, supervisor data. Can be accessed online by lecturers and students anytime and anywhere.
