Abstract

CV. XYZ Palembang merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang penjualan perlengkapan IT, salah satunya adalah penjualan printer. Sebagai salah satu penjual di Kota Palembang, tentunya sangat banyak pesaing yang telah lebih lama berjualan dan juga memiliki pelanggan tetap yang lebih banyak. Oleh karena itu, salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan penjualan adalah dengan menambah jumlah pelanggan (konsumen). Hal ini dapat dilakukan dengan memberikan fasilitas yang dapat digunakan konsumen untuk mempermudah proses pembelian barang, khususnya printer pada CV. XYZ Palembang. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti akan melakukan perancangan sistem informasi untuk mempromosikan produk printer yang dijual pada CV. XYZ Palembang. Peneliti memanfaatkan bahasa pemrograman PHP untuk pengembangan sistem informasi berbasis web. Selain itu, digunakan juga metode pengembangan sistem waterfall dalam tahapan penelitian yang dilakukan. Dengan demikian, akan dihasilkan suatu sistem informasi promosi penjualan berbasis web yang dapat digunakan pada CV. XYZ Palembang. Hasil akhir penelitian ini hanya akan diujikan menggunakan localhost sehingga hanya dapat dijalankan secara offline dengan hosting lokal dan menggunakan browser yang tersedia

Abstract

Hal yang sangat perlu diperhatikan, ketika kita akan menjalankan sebuah bisnis adalah menciptakan suatu hal yang baru dimana kepuasan konsumen menjadi tujuan utama. Semakin berkembangnya teknologi maka, sebagai pelaku bisnis harus memanfaatkan hal tersebut dalam hal promosi maupun dari sisi pemasaran. Dengan adanya transportasi online dalam dua tahun terakhir ini merupakan salah satu dampak dari perkembangan teknologi di kota Palembang. Masyarakat yang ingin merasakan manfaat teknologi cukup melakukan install aplikasi dengan smart phone android melalui play store. GO-JEK dan GRAB merupakan contoh dari aplikasi transportasi online yang ada di Palembang. Dengan melakukan penelitian ini, dapat mengukur seberapa besar pengaruh kualitas layanan dan harga terhadap kepuasan pelanggan transportasi online masyarakat kota Palembang.

Abstract

The South Sumatra Provincial Library Service is an institution that assists the Governor in organizing Government in the field of Education and uses the website to convey information to the public. The importance of usability is to measure the level of quality of the system with the intention of being easy to learn and then easy to use, encouraging users to use the system to achieve the goals of the user. Each website has a different usability level, the higher the usability value, the easier the website is for users to understand. This study aims to determine or measure the Website of the South Sumatra Provincial Library Service using the WEBUSE method. In this study, researchers used the WEBUSE method, there are 4 categories of usability (1 Content, organization and readability. (2)Navigation and links. (3)User interface design. (4)Performance and effectiveness. Data analysis using validity test, reliability using SPSS version.25. The results of the calculation of the WEBUSE method were processed with Ms.Excel 2007. The results of the overall study of the South Sumatra Provincial Library Service showed that the highest score or value was obtained by the Content, organization and readability variable with usability points of 0.80 usability level Excellent while the lowest score was in the Performance and category. usability effectivity point is 0.78 with Good usability level for the website usability level is at Good level.

Abstract

The LAPKIN website is one of the websites in the form of the Republic of Indonesia's State Civil Apparatus (ASN) Annual Performance Report. The LAPKIN website itself is intended for Central Government Agencies and Regional Agencies. The functions or advantages are to facilitate ASN in submitting the Annual Performance Reports carried out by each agency, and to be able to view agency profiles, organizational structures, work units, job titles, work performance, absenteeism permits, comparison charts of annual assessments and employee status . With the construction of the LAPKIN website, it is hoped that it can assist the tasks of central/regional agencies in carrying out employee performance reporting. In this study it is important to know the quality of the system from the LAPKIN website (Performance Report) at the Palembang City Environment and Hygiene Service, therefore this study aims to analyze the quality of the LAPKIN website system using the WebQual 4.0 method which consists of 3 variables, namely usability, quality information, and the quality of service interactions. The results of this study can provide recommendations to the Environmental and Hygiene Agency of Palembang City to improve the level of website quality in order to achieve maximum utilization.

Abstract

Bina Darma University does not yet have a system for guidance on final assignments, theses, theses so that the mentoring process becomes hampered. Problems are caused by several factors, namely conditions, distance, different schedules between lecturers and students. coupled with the current pandemic conditions, the implementation of online lectures so that the guidance process is not optimal, the mentoring history is not well documented, and the most common thing encountered in the field is that students cannot submit complaints related to academic activities. The purpose of this research is to build a student academic e-counseling system at Bina Darma University. The benefits obtained from research are that the guidance/counseling process can run smoothly even though the supervisor does not meet directly with the students, the guidance history data is well documented and coordinated. Become a forum for students in delivering and consulting with their lecturers. The research method uses a descriptive method while the system development method in this study is the iterative model method. the stages of this method are planning, analysis, design, implementation, Maintenance. The results of this study are in the form of student e-counseling systems such as final assignments, theses, and theses. Where this system can manage title submission data, guidance, virtual guidance, student data, supervisor data. Can be accessed online by lecturers and students anytime and anywhere.

Abstract

E-government s an nformation technology system developed by the government to mprove public services by providing choices to the public to get easy access to public nformation. For this reason, socialization of e-government needs to be carried out consistently, continuously and with ncentives to the community because the community does not yet understand what and how e-government applications are and the benefits they can get. The problem that occurs at this time s that t s not known how far the level of readiness of the Prabumulih City Government s n the use and application of nformation technology, especially E-Government. Because of this, t s necessary to carry out an analysis or assessment of the readiness to apply nformation technology, n this case the Government of Prabumulih City. The solution offered s to carry out a readiness analysis using the TR method or Technology Readiness (TR) which s a person's tendency to want to use a new technology that aims to achieve everyday life or n the workplace. Meanwhile, the Technology Readiness ndex s an ndex used to measure the readiness of new technology users to achieve goals n everyday life and work. n order to support the Government of Prabumulih City to carry out eGovernment mplementation with the help of nformation and communication technology, t opens new opportunities to further explore nformation so that t can be utilized optimally. E-Government users cover a wide population, both for government, citizens and business people, so that n the end a mutually beneficial relationship s created. The results obtained from this study are Optimism has a value of 1.51, nnovativeness has a value of 1.24, Discomfort has a value of 0.69 and nsecurity has a value of 0.64. The total results show that the relevant agencies are ready to mplement technology.

Abstract

Sejauh ini di Balai Pengelola Kereta Api Ringan Sumatera Selatan di dalam pengelolaan buku tamu belum ada aplikasinya. Permasalahan yang sering terjadi adalah sering tidak tercatatnya daftar tamu yang berkunjung ke Balai, sehingga menyebabkan tidak terdata tamu yang berkunjung. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memudahkan di dalam pengelolaan buku tamu, maka dibuatkanlah aplikasi buku tamu, sehingga diharapkan dapat memudahkan pimpinan untuk mengetahui siapa saja yang berkunjung ke Balai ini. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah dengan melakukan sosialisasi dan pelatihan secara langsung terhadap penggunaan aplikasi buku tamu, sehingga tamu dapat memasukkan identitasnya jika berkunjung. Hasil yang diharapkan adalah terciptanya aplikasi buku tamu. Dampak yang dilakukan dengan adanya pengabdian ini adalah pengelolaan lebih efektif terhadap siapa saja yang berkunjung ke Balai ini

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah membentuk pola perilaku masyarakat dalam era digital. Penggunaan teknologi, terutama Website, sebagai sumber informasi utama telah menjadi aspek penting dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Lembaga pemerintah seperti Polrestabes Palembang juga merespon tren ini dengan menyediakan Website resmi sebagai alat komunikasi dan informasi. Namun keberhasilan Website ini tergantung pada sejauh mana kebutuhan pengguna terpenuhi. Evaluasi Website Polrestabes Palembang menjadi krusial. Dengan memanfaatkan System Usability Scale (SUS) sebagai metode evaluasi, data obyektif tentang kegunaan Website dari sudut pandang pengguna dapat dihasilkan. Evaluasi ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi area perbaikan dan meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna, sehingga dapat meningkatkan pelayanan publik secara keseluruhan. Penelitian ini relevan karena memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan Website Polrestabes Palembang dan layanan publik. Melalui evaluasi menggunakan SUS, penelitian ini menghasilkan data berharga untuk meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna dan memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat. Penelitian ini juga dapat menjadi panduan bagi lembaga pemerintah lain dalam meningkatkan usability Website untuk pelayanan yang lebih baik kepada masyarakat. Dengan merujuk pada penelitian serupa, penelitian ini mendukung pengembangan Website yang efektif dan memuaskan masyarakat. Hasil dari penilaian usability menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS) menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar pernyataan mendapatkan skor netral atau sedikit positif dari responden. Hal ini menandakan bahwa ada beberapa area yang perlu diperhatikan dan perbaikan agar pengalaman pengguna di website Polrestabes Palembang dapat ditingkatkan.

Abstract

This research aims to build a web-based KORPRI ASN compensation service information system for retired and deceased employees within the Ogan Komering Ilir District Government. This information system is a tool for presenting information in such a way that it is useful for the recipient through the services available in this system. The research material that will be used by the author includes employee data and compensation proposal data for KORPRI ASN retired and deceased in 2022. In this new system analysis, a web-based information system will be built that is used to minimize errors in recording KORPRI compensation data, so that can improve services and make reports faster and more accurate and for employees to make it easier to submit without having to come directly to the KORPRI service unit by applying the waterfall method which includes four stages, namely analysis, design, implementation and testing. This web-based information system was developed using PHP and MySQL.

Abstract

: In this era of globalization, the development of science and information technology has grown rapidly and continues to grow. Cominfo as government public relations, namely as a model of official program information or information that the government wants to convey to the public. SIDEMANG is an abbreviation of the Palembang Citizens Online Administration Information System. In measuring user satisfaction with a website, a method is needed to find out the final results which can later provide an overview to improve the quality of the website. The author uses the WebQual 4.0 method to conduct research. The Webqual 4.0 method is a continuation of the previous Webqual method which focuses on measuring website quality from the user's point of view. This study used a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through online questionnaires which were distributed to users of the Sidemang Palembang website. The research sample was taken from a total of 113 respondents through purposive random sampling. The data obtained were analyzed by factor analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that the service quality of the Sidemang Palembang website is in a fairly good category. Based on factor analysis, user friendliness, information and interaction are the main factors that influence the service quality of the Sidemang Palembang website. Meanwhile, the results of hypothesis testing show that the usability factor and interaction quality factor have the greatest influence on the service quality of the Sidemang Palembang website. However, the data quality score does not affect service quality. This research can help to improve the service quality of the Sidemang Palembang website by knowing the factors that influence service quality. In addition, the results of this study can be used as a reference for the development of other similar online services.
