Abstract

ABSTRAK. Pemerintah Republik Indonesia melalui Kementerian Perumahan Rakyat, bertekad membangun Rumah Susun sebanyak 2000 buah pertahun untuk masyarakat dengan penghasilan ekonomi menengah bawah. Kebanyakan pemakai/ penghuni Rumah Susun adalah keluarga muda yang mempunyai anak yang masih kecil baik yang masih bayi, balita maupun remaja. Anak-anak yang masih dalam taraf tumbuh kembang memerlukan tempat tinggal lengkap dengan sarana dan fasilitas yang layak bagi anak baik dari segi keamanan, kenyamanan, kesehatan dan ketersediaannya ruang terbuka hijau untuk sarana bermain dan olah raga.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari karakteristik Konsep Desain Rumah Susun Layak Anak yang kemudian diaplikasikan ke perancangan model Rumah Susun Layak Anak. Model Rancangan ini nantinya akan menjadi pilot project yang dapat diaplikasikan pada berbagai bangunan Rumah Susun khususnya yang ada di DKI Jakarta. Tujuan lain dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kualitas bangunan Rumah Susun yang Layak Anak. Maksudnya dapat menjadi wadah tumbuh kembang anak baik dari segi keamanan, kesehatan maupun kenyamanan serta tersedianya lahan atau ruang terbuka hijau yang dapat menjadi sarana dan fasilitas bermain atau olah raga yang layak bagi anak.Kata kunci: rumah susun, layak anak, model, desain. ABSTRACT. The Government of the Republic of Indonesia through the Ministry of Housing, Flats determined to build as many as 2000 pieces per year to the community with middle-low income. Mostly, users/ occupants are young families who have small children either still babies, toddlers and teenagers. Children who are still in early stages of growth and development requires a residence which is complete with facilities and adequate facilities for children in terms of safety, comfort, health and availability of green open spaces for play and sports facilities.This study is aimed to explore the characteristics of Children Friendly Design Concepts Flats then applied to the design of the model flats which are eligible and friendly for children. This design models will be a pilot project that can be applied to various flats buildings/ vertical housing particularly in Jakarta. Another goal of this research is to improve the quality of vertical housing which are eligible and friendly for children. This vertical housing should become a proper space for children to growth either in terms of safety, health and comfort as well as the availability of land or green open space that would become a playing facility or sport facility for children.Keywords: vertical housing, children friendly, model, design

Abstract

This study aims to market private universities in Indonesia and help students in facilitating the search for university information even become the number one educational information resource in Indonesia, where the analysis used is Matrix Strategic Position and Action Evaluation (SPACE). The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The study was conducted by observation on the environmental conditions of the gocampus.com industry in general and specifically based on existing facts. Analysis method used in this research is entrepreneurial marketing analysis which include strategy: Guerilla marketing, ambush marketing, and word of mouth marketing strategy The result from SPACE matrix quadrant indicates that GoCampus position is in aggressive quadrant with score on horizontal axis of 3 and score on the vertical axis of 2.2. Strategies that GoCampus can run for expansion (growth) from the perspective of entrepreneurial marketing strategy can be applied with several types: Guerrilla marketing, word of mouth marketing, and Ambush marketing. Gocampus can implement an expansion strategy and improve on the strength of human resources (for example by increasing the expertise of human resources, making efficiency in human resources), and increasing Gocampus technology accessibility (eg accessible on smartphones, plug and play available on google play, and sponsorship of google play applications that have a large market share), so that the company's performance can improve, and Gocampus expands its business to increase market share (eg penetrate the international university market).
