Abstract

The objectives of this study were to explain the way teachers switch their language in instructional process, to explain the students’ understanding of teachers’ code-switching instructional process in the classroom, and to explain the students’ perception of teachers’ code-switching in instructional process.This research employed qualitative research. The subjects of this study were 3 English teachers and 152 students of SMA Al-Mas’udiyah Bandungan. The data were collected by using audio recording, test, questionnaires, and observation. The results of this study showed that first, there were three ways of english teacher to switch their language in instructional process those are: Inter-sentential code switching, Intra-sentential switching and Emblematic/tag switching. Second, students’ mean score were less than 70. Meaning that, the students understanding of teachers' code switching is categorized low understanding. Third, the students’ perception indicated to positive perception because the majority of students (45%) stated agree with those statements, followed (38%) students stated strongly agree with those statements. Meanwhile, (17%) of the students stated disagree with those statements.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to know the students’ response toward english learning by using Quipper School platform. This study is survey research. The population of this study are the eleventh grade students IPS at SMAN 3 Selong. The sample of this study is eleventh grade students IPS 2. The data is collected by using quisioner contain of statements should be answered by the responden. Types of data are response scores of students response then anlaysed by quisioner score obtain criteria persentation. The criteria interpreted in some categories such as very good, good, good enough, and not good category. The result of data analisis of students’ response toward the use of quipper school platform to aspect of use are 89% very good criteria, aspect of the display are 87% very good criteria, and persentation material aspect are 90% very good criteria.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum normatif-empiris yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor yang menyebabkan terbitnya sertifikat ganda dalam satu bidang tanah di Kementrian ATR/BPN Lombok Tengah serta akibat hukum terbitnya sertifikat ganda atas tanah dan menganalisis mekanisme penyelesaian sengketa tanah akibat sertifikat ganda di Kementrian ATR/BPN Lombok Tengah. Hasil penelitian ini antara lain: 1) Faktor penyebab terbitnya sertipikat ganda di Kabupaten Lombok Tengah dapat dikelompokkan menjadi dua faktor, yaitu faktor Interanal dan Eksternal. Faktor Internal dapat terjadi karena tidak dilaksanakannya undang-undang pokok agraria dan peraturan pelaksanaannya secara konsekuen dan bertanggung jawab disamping masih adanya orang yang berbuat untuk memperoleh keuntungan pribadi. Sedangka faktor eksternal dapat terjadi karena ketidak jujuran pemohon dalam memberikan data teknis atau data yuridis terkait pendaftaan tanah. 2) Akibat hukum atas terbitnya sertipikat ganda (overlappig) hak atas tanah menyebabakan kerugian terhadap pemilik tanah yang menjadi obejek terbitnya sertipikat ganda (overlapping), kerugian tersebut berupa status hak tanah menjadi tidak jelas, serta tanah tersebut juga tidak dapat di manfaatan atau dikelola maupun di jaminkan pinjaman di bank. 3) Mekanisme Penyelesaian Sengketa Tanah Akibat Sertifikat Ganda dapat dibagi menjadi tiga yaitu: Pertama, melalui Kementrian ATR/BPN Lombok Tengah melalui upaya mediasi dan Penyelesaian menurut Peraturan Menteri Agraria dan Tata Ruang Nomor 11 Tahun 2016 tentang Penyelesaian Kasus Pertanahan; Kedua, Penyelesaian sengketa melalui badan peradilan umum; Ketiga, Penyelesaian sengketa melalui Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara (PTUN).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: 1) karakteristik tes UN mata pelajaran matematika tingkat SLTP tahun 2007/2008, 2) karakteristik distribusi skor sesungguhnya hasil estimasi beberapa model penskoran, 3) hubungan antara skor kemampuan  dan skor tampak dengan skor sesungguhnya, dan 4) implikasi penerapan model penskoran terhadap estimasi skor sesungguhnya. Data penelitian ini berupa respons siswa SMP/MTs terhadap tes Ujian Nasional (UN) mata pelajaran matematika tahun 2007/2008 di Propinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat. Analisis dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa tes UN mata pelajaran matematika tahun 2007/2008 tingkat SMP/MTs pada kategori sulit, memiliki rerata daya pembeda baik, tetapi rerata indeks pseudo-guessing kurang baik. Rerata skor sesungguhnya yang paling tinggi diperoleh pada model penskoran jumlah benar sesungguhnya, sedangkan rerata paling kecil terjadi pada model penskoran koreksi terhadap tebakan. Hubungan antara skor kemampuan () dengan skor sesungguhnya menunjukkan korelasi positif dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sangat tinggi. Rerata hasil estimasi skor sesungguhnya dari ketiga model penskoran menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan.Kata kunci:      skor tampak, skor kemampuan, skor sesungguhnya, model penskoran

Abstract

The village plays a central role in Indonesia's decentralized governance and serves as a strategic unit for achieving equitable and sustainable development. In this context, the Special Village Financial Assistance (BKKD/K) policy was introduced as a mechanism to enhance financial capacity, promote local autonomy, and stimulate grassroots development initiatives. This study explores the implementation of the BKKD/K policy in Rapak Lambur Village, Tenggarong District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency, with the objective of assessing its effectiveness in fostering village self-reliance. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and analysis of official documents. The research highlights that BKKD/K has contributed significantly to infrastructure improvements, economic empowerment programs, and increased village-generated income. However, the implementation process faces several persistent challenges, including limited financial management capacity among village officials, inadequate community participation in planning and monitoring, and weak accountability mechanisms. Findings suggest that while the BKKD/K policy has the potential to reduce dependency on central government transfers, its success depends largely on good governance practices such as transparency, accountability, and participatory decision-making. Moreover, enhancing the managerial skills of village apparatus and promoting civic engagement are critical to ensuring sustainable outcomes. The study underlines the importance of adaptive policy support and technical assistance to overcome institutional constraints and to align village development priorities with community needs. Ultimately, the implementation of BKKD/K in Rapak Lambur demonstrates both the promise and the limitations of fiscal decentralization at the village level, offering practical insights for policymakers and practitioners aiming to strengthen village autonomy and resilience across Indonesia.

Abstract

Introduction: This study aims to determine the implementation of supervision carried out by the Inspectorate of West Kutai Regency as an internal supervisory agency of the local government on the achievement of the performance of the BKD of West Kutai Regency as a regional staffing institution and what influences the implementation of supervision carried out by the Inspectorate of West Kutai Regency. This research was conducted in West Kutai Regency, with informants of inspectorate and BKD employees who were considered competent. Data was collected through field observations and in-depth interviews. Methods: This research method is descriptive and qualitative. Results: The results of the study show that the implementation of supervision carried out by the Inspectorate of West Kutai Regency on BKD through three stages, namely: First, the preparation of supervision carried out by inspectorate officials. . Second, the implementation of supervision carried out by inspectorate officials, the author considers that what is done by inspectorate officials has not been effective. Third, the implementation of the preparation and accountability of the audited SKPD reports, in this case, the BKD, has not been supported by the availability of accurate/valid data to be presented. Conclusion: The factors that influence the implementation of the inspectorate's supervision on the performance of the Regional Personnel Board of West Kutai Regency are: (1) Internal and (2) External factors.

Abstract

This study is carried out to find out the effectiveness of applying wordbrain game as learning media to improve students vocabulary mastery in english. This study used quasy experimental recearch with nonequivalent pre test pos test control group design. The population of this study was the second year student of smpn 5 sikur in academic year 2023/2024. The samples are divided in two groups, experimental group and control group. The data of this study is collected by applying 3 steps those are pretest, treatment and post-test of vocabulary. Pretest and posttest are used to find out whether wordbrain can be used to improve students’ vocabulary mastery in English. In analyzing data, the researcher used statistical procedures (mean score test, gain score test and T-test formula for test result). Based on the data analysis T-test result, it is showed that the value of T-test is higher than T-table which means that T-test value is significant. According the data, it can be conlcluded tha the use off wordbrain as learning media to improve student vocabulary masteri in english  is efective siginficantly.

Abstract

The land registration system has been regulated in government regulation Number 24 of 1997 to guarantee legal certainty of land ownership, although the system is good, it turns out that there are still many land problems, especially regarding overlapping ownership. Overlapping ownership is caused by multiple land certificates issued by the BPN for one land object with multiple certificates due to inaccuracy in the land registration process or other elements carried out by the BPN (National Land Agency. The research method used is normative juridical/ The results of the research are the application of the principle of legal certainty in resolving disputes over overlapping land ownership certificates that the principle of legal certainty aims to provide a guarantee of clarity, justice, and legal protection to the disputing parties. In this case, the state through the National Land Agency (BPN) and the judiciary must ensure that the dispute resolution process is carried out fairly, transparently, and based on valid legal evidence. Land administration reform, data digitization, and increased supervision of certificate issuance are also important elements to prevent similar disputes in the future. Ratio decidendi Decision Decision Number 2/G/2023/PTUN.PLK regarding the dispute over overlapping certificates of ownership of land that the Plaintiffs suspect that the issuance of the certificate of the disputed object a quo did not go through a legal process, resulting in an overlap with their land and that of the late Hj. Nasuha. In the trial at the State Administrative Court (PTUN), the judge will assess whether the administrative decision that gave birth to the certificate of the disputed object a quo has met the legal requirements. The judge will examine the legal basis for the issuance of the certificate, the validity of the procedures carried out, and the impact of the issuance of the certificate on the rights of the Plaintiffs.

Abstract

Employee performance is one of the main factors that affect the progress of the agency, so the higher or better the employee's performance, the easier the agency's goals will be achieved. A way that can be applied to improve employee performance is to apply effective leadership to employees.  In addition to leadership, the organizational climate also affects the behavior of a worker. Then, in order to achieve organizational goals, employees need motivation to be more active in working so that work results become better and more punctual. This study aims to determine the influence of leadership, organizational climate, and work motivation on the performance of employees of the West Kutai Regency Inspectorate, both separately and simultaneously. The approach used in this study is a  quantitative approach. The data sources used in this study are primary data obtained from the results of direct interviews with respondents and secondary data obtained by collecting information from parties related to the West Kutai Regency Inspectorate. Leadership, organizational climate and work motivation have a positive and significant influence on the performance of employees of the West Kutai Regency Regional Inspectorate, therefore the West Kutai Regency Regional Inspectorate needs to continue to maintain and improve these variables.
