Abstract

The purpose of this study is know that a influence of motivation, job satisfaction, and work stress on employee’s performance of PT. Toyota Agung Automall  Bengkulu. The subject of this study are employee who have worked on PT Toyota Agung Automall Bengkulu. Data were collected via questionnaires. 175 effective samples were collected to verify the hypotheses of this study. For data analysis and hypotheses testing, multiple linier regresion techinque was used. Sampling techinique in this study using census method. The result show that a motivation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work stress is significantly effect on employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job characteristics on employee engagement and psychological meaningfulness, as well as the effect of job characteristics on employee engagement mediated by psychological meaningfulness. This type of research is quantitative. The number of samples in this study were 180 respondents who were employees of PDAM Tirta Dharma Bengkulu. The results of this study explain that all hypotheses proposed in this study have a significant positive effect. The research findings explain that employee engagement is very high. These results explain that employee benefits can increase employee engagement with the company. Therefore, PDAM Tirta Dharma company needs to motivate and appreciate employee performance, as well as facilitate employees with a safe and comfortable environment to be able to further improve employee performance.

Abstract

Bengkulu City iscoastal areas that have a lot of tourism potential, one of which is Kampung Jenggalu Kito. This tourist area has not been promoted optimally, this can be seennot maximal efforts to develop mangrove tourism inJenggalu Kito Village, becauseThere is no effective promotional media. This causes the development of tourist areas has not been carried out optimally. Based on these conditions, it is necessary to provide training on the implementation of tourism promotion strategies and media for the community and related officials as executors.The purpose of this activity isprovide an understanding to the public of the importance of strategy and promotional media as a means to increase tourism potential, and introduce various promotional strategies and promotional media both print and electronic for the development of mangrove tourism inJenggalu Kito village, Bengkulu city. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of salary and work environment on employee performance in the Bengkulu Province BAPPEDA (Regional Development Planning Agency) Office. This study relied on primary data in the form of a questionnaire delivered to the research population. Employee performance is the dependent variable. Compensation and work environment are the independent factors considered. This study employs quantitative tools and a survey strategy. The research population consisted of 106 BAPPEDA personnel from Bengkulu Province. Purposive sampling was used to choose the research sample of 80 persons. With the assistance of SmartPLS, the data processing approach employs Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. The research results found that compensation and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance. This means that by providing appropriate compensation and a good work environment, employee performance at the BAPPEDA office can be improved.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to assess the influence of remote work on the performance of employees. The present study additionally examined the intermediary function of work-family conflict and work-life balance in the relationship between remote work and performance. The present study employs a quantitative research methodology. The utilization of questionnaire instruments for data collection techniques. The research sample consisted of 230 individuals who were engaged in remote employment. The data analysis was conducted utilizing the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method. The findings of the study indicate that the implementation of remote work has a significant impact on the performance of employees. Furthermore, the impact of remote work on performance is partially and competitively mediated by work-life balance. Furthermore, it should be noted that the presence of work-family conflict does not serve as a mediator for the relationship between remote work and performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of training and motivation on staff performance at Bengkulu Province's Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda). A questionnaire was utilized as a data gathering tool in the survey research approach. The research population consisted of 106 Bappeda employees from Bengkulu Province. Purposive sampling was used to choose the research sample of 80 persons. Multiple linear regression analysis was utilized to analyze the data with the SPSS version 12 application. According to the findings of the study, employee performance is highly influenced by both training and motivation. Training and motivation both have a good and substantial influence on employee performance.
