Abstract

This paper examines the adoption of e-commerce system models in the rural tourism sector. Rural tourism business infrastructure barriers be resolved with application ride sharing system named 'Terater’ and e-payment with the name ‘E-bajer’. Research using qualitative methods to explore information from the subject of the research. The existence of a model system for Ride Sharing such Go-jek in 50 cities in Indonesia, able to inspire the TERATER initiator, community, adopt e-commerce system as a model of service to visitors. The utilization of e-commerce helps a lot and makes it easy for rural home industry to market and Transaction. In the E-Commerce systems can guarantee the existence of real data and real money. The results of the research can be used to initiate the expansion of the adoption of e-commerce systems in the development of regional tourism its main tourist village. Abstract

The objective of this study is to channel creative potential in creating an eco-tourism. The research was carried out in the area a national park in the region of the ex Besuki Residency, East Java. This study used ethical and emic perspectives. The results show that the development of responsible and sustainable of eco-tourism require gure of mobilisers, community togetherness, public appreciation of the natural resources, community openness to receive visitors, the growth of natural-based creative economy sectors, and the government’s attention in providing infrastructure especially for accessibility. The novelty of this study is the importance of understanding the development of eco-tourism which is based of creative instinct, appreciating local wisdom’s values, understanding, comprehending and embracing the meaning and essence of keeping the relationship between humans and humans, nature and the Creator in balance. Intellectual capability with local indigenous power is such the main factor for a responsible, bene cial, and sustainable development of eco-tourism.

Abstract

This study focuses on developing bundling product strategies in the marketing of objects and tourism attractions. The purpose of this research is to examine the application of the bundling product concept as the development of the competitive strategy of tourist destinations. The research was conducted in Bondowoso district, East Java, Indonesia, which has various potential tourism assets. The method used is a descriptive method to analyze data and information relate to the opportunities and development of tourism in Bondowoso. The results indicated that the form of policy direction bundling strategy of Bondowoso tourism products have the opportunity to optimize the product bundling strategy with promotional packages to provide value of customer. The preference of the variety bundle is expected to be higher in the combined evaluation mode rather than in the separate evaluation mode. The Special Interest Tourism is the suitable type of tourism development. The attributes of the destination are expected to satisfy the needs of tourists also the aspects of performance quality which based on emotional motives. Marketing bundling products through promotion can be done by using e-marketing and viral marketing with several forms of social media.

Abstract

Optimal individual performance enhances productivity and reflects the effectiveness of human resource management. Job satisfaction is an important driver of performance and is shaped by leadership style and organizational culture. Effective leadership provides direction, motivation, and support, while a supportive culture fosters a positive and productive work environment. Since 2010, PT Jaya Makmur Electrindo (PT JME) has entered a new leadership era that introduced organizational restructuring and continuous cultural transformation. This study analyzes the effects of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance, with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. A quantitative approach was applied using primary data collected through questionnaires and interviews, supported by secondary data. The sample comprised 104 employees of PT Jaya Makmur Electrindo. The findings show that leadership style has a direct positive effect on employee performance and a stronger indirect effect through job satisfaction. Organizational culture does not directly influence performance; however, it positively affects job satisfaction, which subsequently enhances employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to examine Collaborative Governance management of tourist villages. The research was conducted in the tourist village of Tirta Agung, Sukosari Kidul Village, Sumber Wringin District, Bondowoso Regency. The research method used is qualitative, data collection methods are carried out by interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the research show that the development of tourist destinations in Sukosari Kidul village was initiated by non-governmental organizations, namely the Sukosari Kidul village youth covil society. Collaborative governance in the management of the Tirta Agung Tourism Village destination, the stakeholders involved have different resources, this is a factor in collaboration. Collaborative management of the Tirta Agung Tourism Village can be said to fulfill the elements of the Collaborative Governance model according to Ansell and Gash which consists of institutional design and the village head of Sukosari Kidul as the facilitative leadership of the collaborative management of the Tirta Agung Tourism Village as well as in terms of a collaboration process which includes face-to-face dialogue,  joint commitment, shared understanding and intermediate outcomes/benefits. The collaboration that took place in Sukosari Kidul village can be said to be successful, but the joint commitment is still not optimal. The success achieved in the collaboration between civil society, namely the Pokdarwis and the Sukosari Kidul village government, namely the Tirta Agung Tourism Village, succeeded in becoming 2nd place in the award for the best Indonesian Tourism Village in the pioneer category (ADWI) 2022.
