Abstract

Proses pembelajaran dalam kurikulum 2013 yang belum secara penuh dipahami oleh guru mengakibatkan kurang menarik perhatian peserta didik yang berakibat pada menurunnya motivasi belajar dan berimbas pada rendahnya hasil belajar. Penggunaan pendekatan saintifik dengan tepat dipandang dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap motivasi dan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar. Penelitian ini menekankan pada pengaruh pendekatan saintifik dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Al-Qur’an-Hadist. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik di MTs Negeri se Kabupaten Trenggalek. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 104 peserta didik. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskripsi dan analisis inferensial. Dari hasil penelitian ini, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara pendekatan saintifik dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran Al-Qur’an-Hadist di MTs Negeri se Kabupaten Trenggalek. Pendekatan saintifik memberi pengaruh sebesar 18,7% dan motivasi belajar memberikan pengaruh sebesar 17,8%. Secara bersama-sama terdapat interaksi yang positif dan signifikan antara pendekatan saintifik dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik sebesar 21,5%. [The learning process in kurikulum 2013 that has not been fully understood by the teacher results in less attracting the attention of students which results in a decrease in learning motivation and an impact on the low learning outcomes. The use of a scientific approach is rightly seen to have an influence on motivation and can improve learning outcomes. This study emphasizes the influence of the scientific approach and learning motivation on the learning outcomes of students in the subjects of Al-Qur'an-Hadist. The research method uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population in this study were all students MTsN in Trenggalek Regency. The sample in this study amounted to 104 students. Data analysis used is description analysis and inferential analysis. From the results of this study, there is a positive and significant influence between the scientific approach and learning motivation towards the learning outcomes of the Al-Qur'an-Hadist subjects in MTsN Trenggalek Regency. The scientific approach has an effect of 18.7% and learning motivation has an effect of 17.8%. Together there is a positive and significant interaction between the scientific approach and learning motivation towards student learning outcomes of 21.5%].

Abstract

The rise of information and communication technology in the digital era has introduced both benefits and new challenges, one of which is cyberbullying. This study aims to analyze the application of criminal law in cyberbullying cases in Indonesia, focusing on the limitations and challenges of current regulations. Using a normative juridical method, this research examines relevant laws and court cases to evaluate how criminal law addresses cyberbullying. The findings reveal that, while certain laws provide a legal framework for tackling cyberbullying, they remain insufficient in dealing with the complexities of digital harassment. The study highlights challenges in law enforcement, including difficulties in identifying perpetrators and interpreting the law, and calls for more specific regulations and enhanced training for law enforcement officers. Increased public awareness and preventive measures are also recommended to address the issue effectively. The study's implications suggest the need for legal reform and better cooperation between institutions to improve the protection of cyberbullying victims.

Abstract

This article analyses the juridical application of criminal law in cyberbullying cases in Indonesia. The rise of digital platforms has exacerbated cyberbullying incidents, highlighting gaps in existing criminal legislation. The research aims to explore these gaps and the challenges in enforcing legal provisions against perpetrators. Employing a normative juridical method, the study examines the legal framework surrounding cyberbullying, including relevant case studies to illustrate judicial practices. The findings reveal that while existing laws address cybercrime, they often fail to provide sufficient protection for victims of cyberbullying. The lack of specific legal provisions tailored to online harassment creates legal ambiguity, resulting in inconsistent verdicts. This study suggests enhancing the current legal framework by incorporating clear definitions and legal parameters for cyberbullying, thus improving victim protection and ensuring more consistent legal outcomes. The study contributes to the ongoing discussion on the intersection of law and technology, proposing legal reforms to better address modern cyber threats.
