Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to obtain information about: (1) the influence of instructional leadership on persistence, (2) the influence of personality on persistence, (3) the influence of instructional leadership on the personality of elementary school teachers in Aimas District, Sorong Regency, West Papua Province. This research uses a quantitative approach, with survey methods and path analysis techniques. The sample used in this study using a simple random technique (simplerandom sampling), the sample size was 80 teachers. The results of this study are instructional leadership has a positive direct effect on persistence, personality has a positive direct effect on persistence, instructional leadership has a positive direct effect on personality. Keywords: Instructional, Personality ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi tentang: (1) pengaruh kepemimpinan instruksional terhadap persistensi, (2) pengaruh kepribadian terhadap Persistensi, (3) pengaruh kepemimpinan instruksional terhadap kepribadian pada Guru SD di Distrik Aimas Kabupaten Sorong Propinsi Papua Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan metode survey dan teknik analisis jalur (path analysis). Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan teknik acak sederhana (simplerandom sampling) besarnya sampel adalah sebesar 80 guru.  Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu Kepemimpinan instruksional berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap persistensi, Kepribadian berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap persistensi, Kepemimpinan instruksional berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kepribadian.Kata Kunci: Intruksional, Kepribadian

Abstract

This study aims to determine: the relationship between juvenile delinquency and the low learning achievement of the students of the Nurul Qodiri Islamic Boarding School. This research is a correlation research. The variables studied were juvenile delinquency and low learning achievement. The data collection method uses a scale, the tool is in the form of a juvenile delinquency scale and a scale of low learning achievement. The validity test was carried out with the help of a computer program SPSS 22 for windows. Reliability test usingtechnique Cronbach's alpha, obtained p = 0,540 for juvenile delinquency variable and p = 0,544 for low learning achievement variable. The analysis technique used is descriptive and inferential statistics with SPSS 22 for windows program. The results showed that there was a relationship between juvenile delinquency and the low learning achievement of the students of the Nurul Qodiri Islamic Boarding School of 0.335, the probability number of Ts 5% was 0.000 (p <0.05).(p<0,05).
