Abstract

Taruna Akademi Kepolisian adalah calon perwira pertama Polri yang akan menjadi penegak hukum di Indonesia. Adanya tuntutan dan kewajiban yang harus dijalani Taruna Akpol dapat menimbulkan stres, sehingga Taruna Akpol perlu melakukan coping stress  dengan menggunakan problem focused copingdan menghindari perilaku yang dapat menyebabkan emosi negatif dengan melakukan regulasi emosi.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara regulasi emosi dengan problem focused coping pada Taruna. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Taruna tingkat III Akademi Kepolisian Semarang. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 181 Taruna dari 346 populasi jumlah Taruna tingkat III Akpol tahun ajaran 2013-2014. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan skala, yaitu skala problem focused coping (25 aitem valid α =0,885) dan skala regulasi emosi (26 aitem valid α=0,898).Analisis regresi sederhana menunjukkan hasil koefisien korelasi rxy= 0,860 dengan p=0,000 (p<0,05), artinya terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara regulasi emosi dengan problem focused coping pada Taruna tingkat III Akademi Kepolisian Semarang.Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa semakintinggi regulasi emosi, maka semakin tinggi problem focused coping yang dimiliki Taruna.Sebaliknya, apabila semakin rendah regulasi emosi maka problem focused copingTaruna terhadapsemakin rendah. Sumbangan efektifregulasi emosi dengan problem focused coping yaitu sebesar 73,9% sedangkan 26,1% berasal dari faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diungkap dalam penelitian ini yaitu sepertidukungan sosial, status sosial ekonomi, konsep diri, religiusitas dan kondisi stressor.

Abstract

Background: Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF), commonly known as Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF), is an acute viral infectious disease caused by the dengue virus belonging to the Arthropod-Borne virus, genus Flavivirus, family Flaviviridae. In 2020, the Sukmajaya sub-district has a high number of dengue cases, there are 153 cases. Objectives: This study aimed to determine the description of risk factors from environmental and behavioral aspects to the incidence of dengue hemorrhagic fever in the working area of Sukmajaya Public Health Center, Depok City. Method: This research method uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach and in this research, we get 65 respondents by taking data using a checklist. Result: The description of the characteristics of the community shows that women and men have the same opportunity to get DHF, those aged 26-65 years who are vulnerable to being infected, the level of education is still low so they still don't know about prevention of DHF. The description of the behavioral aspect was obtained by respondents whose preventive behavior was good, namely as many as 39 (60%) of respondents and 26 (40%) of respondents whose prevention preventives were not good. An overview of environmental aspects showed that 25 (38.5) respondents found larvae in their homes. And as many as 40 (61.5%) respondents at home did not find any larvae. Conclusion: The results of the health degree study found that the 10 highest diseases in the Sukmajaya Public Health Center, Depok City were against DHF in the first order.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: DBD merupakan penyakit berbasis lingkungan yang angka kejadiannya dapat dikurangi dengan melakukan upaya pengendalian vektor, salah satunya adalah Gerakan Pemberantasan Sarang Nyamuk (PSN). Pada bulan April dan Mei 2021, Kabupaten Sukmajaya mempunyai jumlah kasus DBD yang cukup tinggi yaitu sebanyak 77 kasus. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui cakupan cakupan bebas jentik di Puskesmas Sukmajaya Kota Depok. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh 15 responden dengan mengambil data pemantauan jentik berkala (PJB). Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner melalui wawancara terhadap 30 rumah untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan pencapaian cakupan ABJ di wilayah Puskesmas Sukmajaya Depok tahun 2022. Hasil: Hasil penelitian ditemukan kurangnya perilaku masyarakat dalam melakukan PSN, 3M dikarenakan kurangnya pengetahuan dalam melakukan 3M dan juga kurangnya literasi lingkungan, selain itu juga kurangnya partisipasi aktif masyarakat dalam penyuluhan Demam Berdarah Dengue. dan juga kurangnya dana, alat dan bahan untuk meningkatkan perilaku 3M di daerah tersebut. Kesimpulan: Prevalensi kejadian demam berdarah di wilayah kerja UPTD Puskesmas Kecamatan Sukmajaya mengalami peningkatan. Selain itu, masih kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat dalam menjalankan 3M dan juga kurangnya literasi lingkungan sekitar, kurangnya edukasi mengenai Demam Berdarah Dengue, serta kurangnya dana, alat dan bahan untuk meningkatkan 3M. perilaku di daerah tersebut.

Abstract

Cemas Berat merupakan salah satu dari kumpulan gejala gangguan mental disertai rasa mual, gangguan konsentrasi, tidak dapat belajar secara efektif. Kecemasan pada remaja perempuan disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor seperti tugas dan perkembangan sampai dengan perubahan hormon. Penggunaan Sound healing dengan Singing bowl bisa menjadi langkah efektif dalam rangka mengatasi adanya tingkat rasa kecemasan khususnya kepada remaja perempuan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Sound healing dengan Singing bowl terhadap cemas berat pada remaja perempuan yang memiliki dukungan orang tua di Fakultas Brahma Widya Universitas Hindu Negeri I Gusti Bagus Sugriwa Denpasar. Penelitian ini memakai desain penelitian metode pre-eksperimental dengan desain one-group pretest-posttest. Penentuan jumlah sampel dengan cara melalui teknik purposive sampling, responden sebanyak 27 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner HARS (Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale) guna mengetahui tingkat kecemasan, sementara Angket Dukungan Orang Tua digunakan untuk menilai tingkat dukungan orang tua terhadap responden. Hasilnya diketahui bahwa sebelum diberikan Sound healing dengan Singing bowl kondisi tingkat cemas responden berada dalam kategori berat, setelah intervensi 24 responden berada pada tingkat kategori tidak cemas dan 3 responden berada pada tingkat kategori cemas ringan. Uji Wilcoxon setelah diberikan Sound healing dengan Singing bowl responden mengalami perubahan tingkat kecemasan pada remaja masing-masing menunjukkan signifikansi p = 0,000 < α (0,05), sehingga H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima yakni terdapat pengaruh Sound healing dengan Singing bowl terhadap cemas berat pada remaja perempuan yang memiliki dukungan orang tua di Fakultas Brahma Widya Universitas Hindu Negeri I Gusti Bagus Sugriwa Denpasar.

Abstract

Introduction: The health center is a service sector that is able to work directly with the community and provide health services through health services by providing treatment, preventing disease, curing and restoring health. Patient satisfaction with health center services is related to good guarantees, service quality, and responsiveness. Dissatisfaction with service procedures, as well as the comfort of the service environment can make patients not return to the health center and have a major influence on the satisfaction of outpatients at the health centerObjectives: The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between customer perception, service situation and health center image on patient satisfaction at the SKJ Depok Health Center in 2024. Method: Quantitative research method with a cross sectional research design. The sample in this study was outpatients at the Community Health Center, totaling 60 respondents. The data used is primary data distributed through a questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out univariate and bivariate using the chi-square test. Result: the results of the study, it shows that there is a relationship between customer perception with p-value = 0.013 (p <0.05), there is a relationship between service situations with p-value = 0.000 (p <0.05), there is a relationship between the image of the health center with p-value = 0.020 (p <0.05) with patient satisfaction at the SKJ Depok Health Center. Conclution: There is a relationship between customer perception, service situations and the image of the health center on patient satisfaction at the SKJ Depok Health Center in 2024.

Abstract

Introduction: The implementation of Vedic learning through digital platforms represents an innovative approach in Hindu religious education, leveraging technological advancements to enhance learning quality and effectively impart Vedic teachings to younger generations. In an era marked by rapid technological development, the study of Hinduism, particularly Vedic teachings, must be adapted to remain relevant and engaging for adolescents. This study aims to explore Hindu adolescents' perceptions of the effectiveness of Vedic learning through digital platforms and identify the factors influencing their views on this learning method. Methods: A quantitative approach with a survey research design was employed. The sample consisted of 36 Hindu students from seventh grade, selected using proportional random sampling. Data collection was conducted through a Likert-scale questionnaire designed to assess adolescents' perceptions of ease of use, material quality, and interaction in digital learning. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics to illustrate adolescents' perceptions of the effectiveness of digital Vedic learning. Findings: The findings indicate that the majority of Hindu adolescents hold a positive perception of digital Vedic learning. Key factors supporting its effectiveness include easy access to materials, flexible study schedules, and enhanced comprehension of Vedic teachings through digital visualization. However, challenges were also identified, particularly the limited direct interaction with instructors, which affects the depth of understanding of more complex Vedic concepts. Some students also expressed that they felt a lack of spiritual experience, which is typically more profound in face-to-face learning settings. Conclusion: In conclusion, digital Vedic learning is considered effective, though several challenges must be addressed, such as enhancing student-teacher interaction and ensuring the continued quality of instructional materials. Novelty/Originality of this article: With the appropriate digital platforms, Vedic education can be well received by Hindu youth and serve as a crucial tool in preserving and promoting Vedic teachings in the digital age.
