The Population and Civil Registration Office of West Kutai Regency is one of the district level SKPDs that conduct public services. In accordance with its functions, namely managing archives (documents) and population administration data, the Department of Population and Civil Registration performs duties on the services of the West Kutai community in terms of archival storage and population administration data in the West Kutai District area.In conducting public services, every employee in the Office of Writing and Civil Registration must be guided by the principles of good governance, including in Law No. 23 of 2014, namely: legal certainty, public order, general interest, openness, proportionality,professionalism, accountability, efficiency, effectiveness and justice. Efficiency in the principle of administration that is oriented towards minimizing the use of resources to find the best work results.The research objectives are: 1) Identifying activities in the environment of the Population and Civil Registration Office of West Kutai Regency that are efficient. 2) Knowing how the effectiveness of archival management affects the Population and Civil Registration Office of West Kutai Regency.This research is an export type using quantitative data. Research conducted by the author is a verification or causality research. The randomly selected samples were 25 respondents. Analysis tool using the Spearman Rank coefficient ( ).From the results of the search for rs at n = 25 and α = obtained rs table = 0.425. If rs comparison with rs table will get results rs> rs table; means that Ho is rejected; meaning that efficiency is associated with effectiveness. It can be concluded that: 1) The existence of an efficient relationship with the effectiveness of work in the environment of the Population and Civil Registration Office of West Kutai Regency. 2) Employees in the Department of Population and Civil Registration of West Kutai Regency can receive efficiency measures carried out, even though it is necessary to ensure that the benefits of the efficiency are carried out.

This study aims to determine 1) the effect of work conflict on employee performance, 2) the effect of workload effect on employee performance, 3) the effect work conflict and workload have simultaneously on employee performance at Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Kabupaten Gunung Mas. The population in this research were all employees of Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Kabupaten Gunung Mas. The technique used in this research is satured sampling method and data collection technique by distributing questionnaires to 37 respondens. Data analysis technique in this study is multiple linear regression using the IBM SPSS 26 program. The results in this study indicate that: 1) work conflict has negative effect to employee, 2) workload has no effect on employee performance, 3) work conflict and workload have a simultaneous effect on employee performance.

This research aims to identify the conditions of social and economic inequality experienced by the Akit people in the Meranti Islands and how the implementation of public policy towards the inequality faced by the Akit Tribe as a Remote Indigenous Community (KAT). The location of this research was determined by purposive method, namely in Tenan Village, Tebing Tinggi Barat District, Meranti Islands Regency. The research method used is a qualitative method with in-depth interviews to key informants by purposive sampling. Data collection techniques were primary interviews and secondary data derived from data on the population of Tenan Village and the social service office of West Tebing Tinggi Sub-district, books and journals. Data analysis was processed using content analysis (research focus) linked to the findings of the literature study. The results show that the Akit community experiences social and economic inequality seen from four aspects, namely poverty levels, livelihoods, education, and access to health services. Meanwhile, the implementation of the KAT empowerment policy has not been well socialized.

This study aims to determine the Effect of Accounting Information Systems and Work Motivation on Employee Performance. This study used a quantitative approach, using primary data through questionnaires. The sampling technique uses the Slovin sample, where the determination of the sample is carried out and determined by dividing the population into several parts with a sample of 80 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires were distributed to 80 respondents, where data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). Hypothesis testing is done through Test t and Test F. The results of the t test show that it shows that partially the Accounting Information System has no effect on employee performance. And UJi F partially shows that work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance.

Advertising plays an important role in influencing consumer perceptions and attitudes towards products, especially for well-known brands like Wardah. Advertising strategies help build a positive image and increase consumer interest. Research shows that consumers are more likely to buy products from well-known brands than lesser-known brands. Wardah, which is widely known by Germasa GPIB Petra women, allows consumers to recognize and create their image. Wardah's advantages include a halal guarantee from MUI and its availability in various online and offline stores. Quantitative research method This research examines the influence of advertising on consumer purchasing decisions based on syringe theory. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire are adequate (Cronbach's alpha 0.749). The analysis shows that the effect of advertising is very small (R² 0.030%). Although the T-test shows a significant impact (count 4.384 Table 2.0106), overall, the effect of advertising is not substantial (0.02958%). Internal and interpersonal factors are more dominant, so the syringe theory is not fully proven. Research shows that Wardah product advertisements have a significant influence on purchasing decisions (reliability 0.766 and 0.749). The hypothesis is accepted, but the R Square value of 0.030% shows a very small effect. GPIB Petra's female consumers rely more on personal experience and other factors than advertising, so advertising does not play a significant role in purchasing decisions.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the foundations of the Indonesian economy. Their development is inextricably linked to the evolving trends in sales models. Currently, the use of social media as a digital marketing method is crucial in assisting MSMEs in expanding their market and increasing sales turnover. STIE MADANI Balikpapan, through community service activities, is attempting to bridge the need for digital marketing methods and financial record-keeping for MSMEs around Balikpapan through Innovation Development (PI) activities with students. The MSME in this time is located in Karang Jati Village, Balikpapan, namely the Dapoer Malika MSME. Dapoer Malika produces several types of snacks.
