Abstract

Nowadays, have came varieties of online application that can be used to make an online payment, one of it is Paytren. The application launched by Treni is applying MLM system in it's business. Nowadays, has come a lot of MLM companies that deviated from the business ethics. While in Islam, the application of Islamic business ethics is mandatory. This research aims to know the business system based on MLM and how the perspective of Islamic business ethics with the business that run by Treni. This research is a fi eld research with qualitative methods. Research data obtained from primary and secondary data. While primary data collected from interviews, observation and documentation. And secondary data collected from books, journals and other source that has same relation with the research. The conclusion are, the company is some company which sell a license for using an aplication with the aim for payying the daily needs and the montly bills, this aplication can be used in every kind of smartphone, especially in android and iOS. The partners get their commission from the selling of license to the other partners or from the transaction which done by their ownselves of by their downline. So for the implementation of Islamic business ethics, then Paytren has implemented an Islamic business ethics in it's business. It's known by the applied of the basic values of Islamic business ethics, namely Tawheed, khilafah, worship, tazkiyah and ihsan.

Abstract

Good Corporate Governance (GCG) merupakan suatu paradigma baru yang pada akhir-akhir ini menjadi topik pernbicaraan terutama pada kalangan dunia bisnis. Apalagi pasca terjadinya krisis moneter pada tahun 1997-1998 yang disusul oleh krisis global pada tahun 2008, implementasi GCG merupakan suatu keharusan yang tidak bisa ditawar- tawar lagi. Bahkan, di beberapa negara maju, GCG saat ini sudah dianggap sebagai suatu asset perusahaan yang banyak mendatangkan beberapa manfaat, misalnya GCG dapat meningkatkan nilai tambah (value added) bagi pemegang saham dan mempermudah akses ke pasar modal domestik maupun global (internasional) serta memperoleh citra (image) yang positif dari publik .. Akan tetapi, penerapan prinsip-prinsip GCG masih sangat sulit sekali dilakukan di Indonesia, hal ini dikarenakan masih tingginya praktek korupsi, kolusi, dan nepotisme yang dilakukan oleh kalangan baik pejabat pemerintah, pengusaha, pebisnis, dan lain sebagainya. Oleh karena itu, ketika banyak perusahaan atau unit-unit usaha yang menjalankan aktivitas usahanya dengan mengusung nilai- nilai islam sebagai pondasinya, salah satunya adalah Rumah Sakit 'Aisyiyah (RSA) Bojonegoro, maka bagaimana jika implementasi GCG dilakukan pada perusahaan yang berbasis nilai Islam dalam operasi usahanya terse but.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Analisa data yang peneliti gunakan adalah dengan metode reduksi data, penyajian data dan pengambilan kesimpulan Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa implementasi GCG di RSA Bojonegoro sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik, hal tersebut karena RSA Bojonegoro merupakan amal usaha bidang kesehatan yang dikelola oleh organisasi kemasyarakatan (ormas) muslim yaitu Muhammadiyah. Yang mana prinsip-prinsip GCG ternyata selaras, khususnya dengan ajaran agama Islam, yaitu pada dimensi moral dari implementasi GCG terletak pada prinsip akuntabilitas (accountability), prinsip pertanggungjawaban (responsibility), prinsip keterbukaan (transparency), prinsip kewajaran (fairness) dan prinsip kemandirian (independency). Kemudian dalam perspektif Etika Bisnis Islami, implementasi GCG di RSA Bojonegoro merniliki kesesuaian dengan beberapa nilai dasar islami diantaranya adalah nilai tuhid, nilai khilafah, nilai Ibadah, kemudian nilai tazkiyah, dan nilai ihsan.

Abstract

Business is an activity that requires skill and seriousness. One of the business units is the beauty industry. The beauty industry is a dynamic and constantly innovating industry, with rapid development and increasingly fierce competition. Beauty industry entrepreneurs need to improve and develop marketing strategies to face competition. One of the marketing strategies that can be used is sharia marketing, this is relevant because today more and more consumers are looking for products and services that are in accordance with Islamic values. Wima Aesthetic Syar'i Skincare is a sharia-based beauty clinic that has implemented Islamic principles in all its operational activities. The sharia marketing strategy implemented is one of the company's efforts to increase sales of its goods and services. The purpose of this study is to determine the sharia marketing strategy applied by Wima Aesthetic Syar'i Skincare in increasing product sales as well as the effectiveness and efficiency of the sharia marketing strategy carried out. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis used is triangulation which includes data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the sharia marketing strategy applied by Wima refers to the marketing mix (4P) product, price, place and promotion which is integrated with the characteristics of sharia marketing rabbaniyah, akhlaqiyah, waqi'iyah and insaniyah. By applying the principles of sharia marketing can increase sales of Wima products by 10-15% every month as measured by sales volume, profit and company growth. In addition, the application of sharia marketing is not only concerned with company profits but consumers and the surrounding community. This can certainly increase public awareness and trust in Wima.
