Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of the selection, training and employment systems. satisfaction both collectively and partially on the performance of employees at PT Lion Air Group from Mutiara Sis Al-Jufri Airport, Palu before the pandemic covid - 19. Data was collected through direct observation and surveys by distributing questionnaires and interviews to employees of PT. Lion Air Group Mutiara Sis Al-Jufri Palu before the pandemic covid -19 to become a plague in Indonesia. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The test results show that the selection system, training and job satisfaction, both simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on employee performance before the spread of the covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to find out how the method of economic empowerment of women through the sale of Tabaro Dange along the Palu Culinary Coast and how the strategy of women's economic empowerment through the sale of Tabaro Dange along the Palu Bay Culinary Area. This research uses qualitative or naturalistic approach with constructive paradigm. The research was conducted in the area along the bay coast of Palu City (Taman Ria, Cumi-Cumi road, and Cut Meutia road). Data collection techniques used in this study are interviews, observation and documentation. The result of the research shows that female economic empowerment method that can be applied through selling Tabaro Dange along Palu Bay Beach Culinary Area is a combination of PLA empowerment method (sharing and discussion about women economic empowerment through selling tabaro dange) and Tatap Muka, where this method is considered most adapted to the condition of the informant. This method is also known as the method of "learning by doing" or learning while working, so the implementation in the field of researchers do sharing and discussion while the informant serves the sales of tabaro dange so it is more efficient and effective and does not interfere with the activity of the informant. The women empowerment strategy applied to the selling business of tabaro dange conducted by the researcher is to arrange the data collection instrument; building understanding, commitment to encourage self-reliance of individuals, families and communities and preparing information systems, developing systems of analysis, intervention, monitoring and evaluation of individual, family and community empowerment.  Keywords: Women Economic Empowerment, Tabaro Dange

Abstract

The purpose of this research is investigatinhg and analyzing the basic needs of Community-Based Savings and Loan Institutions as well as efforts in local economic development and determining the strategies needed in developing the capacity of Community-Based Savings and Loan Institutions (LSPBM) and Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) in Siboang Village. This research also investiagates the role of LSPBM in the social and economic fields as well as internal and external factors to create strategies supporting the existence of LSPBM in Siboang village in order to empower local communities.This study applies a qualitative approach supported by the study of quantitative data. The data collected consists of primary data and secondary data. Primary data was collected by in-depth interviews with key figures and the researcher conducted observations, while secondary data were obtained from various literature studies including population documents from Sojol Subdistrict, Siboang Village and the 2016 Joint Venture LSPBM Annual Report. Information consisted of the Joint Venture LSPBM Management of Siboang Village, Secretary of Siboang Village, and Village Head. The technique of analyzing primary data and secondary data is processed through three stages of activity and carried out simultaneously, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions through verification. Furthermore, qualitative data is processed into quantitative data, the researcher applies the SWOT analysis method that deals with internal and external factors of qualitative research that will produce a development strategy for the Joint Venture LSPBM.The results shows that the role of LSPBM is quite large in encouraging the local economy and is able to provide loans to LSPBM members in order to increase business, and it can develop and strengthen Joint Ventures LSPBM with SMEs in business and sharing cooperation for service and service coverage. It increases business capital with a savings pattern to get used to saving for members of the Joint Venture LSPBM. It also encourages LSPBM Assistance through institutions related in Donggala Regional Government for supervision and development of institutions, improvement of managerial human resources to be more optimal and professional.

Abstract

AbstractThe aim of this study was to determine and analyze the Effect of Tax Revenue Sharing Funds, and Specific Allocation Funds on Gross Regional Domestic Product in Central Sulawesi Province. The type of data used is quantitative data. Data processing uses SPSS 18 program assistance. The results of the study show that (1) Tax Revenue Sharing Funds and Special Allocation Funds together have a positive and significant impact on Gross Regional Domestic Product in Central Sulawesi Province. (2) Tax-sharing fund has a positive but not significant effect on Gross Regional Domestic Product in Central Sulawesi Province (3) Special Allocation Fund has positive but not significant effect on Gross Regional Domestic Product in Central Sulawesi Province.
