Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the impact of work motivation, level of education, leadership and work environment on the performance of employees at PT BPR Bank Boyolali (PERSERODA). The subject of the study were employees of PT BPR Bank Boyolali. In this example, the saturation technique was used on a sample of 88 people. The independent variables in this study are work motivation (X1), educational level (X2), leadership (X3) and work environment (X4), while the related variable (Y) is employee productivity. The type of research used was quantitative research with the use of survey methods. The data analysis used included data tool testing, classical acceptance tests, multiple linear regression tests, hypothesis testing, and deterministic analysis. Looking at the results of the analysis processed with the use of IBM SPSS 26, it can be seen that the level of education, leadership and work environment have a significant impact on employee performance, motivation to work has no significant impact on employee performance, companies must pay attention to motivation to work, level of education , leadership and performance. The work environment at PT BPR BANK BOYOLALI (PERSERODA) is conducive to employee productivity. Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan guna mengukur pengaruh dari kualitas produk, citra merek dan harga terhadap sebuah keputusan pembelian pada pengguna smartphone Xiaomi di kampus ekonomi Surakarta. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan persyaratan tertentu yang telah ditetapkan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner dengan skala linkert. Penelitian ini menerapkan beberapa uji data yakni uji instrumen data, uji asumsi klasik dan regresi linier berganda. Studi ini dapat ditarik suatu kesimpulan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang nyata secara keseluruhan pada variabel kualitas produk, harga dan citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian pada pengguna smartphone Xiaomi. Hasil uji t menyatakan bahwa variabel kualitas produk mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap suatu keputusan pembelian sedangkan variabel citra merek dan harga tidak mempunyai pengaruh terhadap sebuah keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga, kualitas produk, dan desain suatu produk pada sebuah keputusan pembelian gitar di Omah Gitar Solo. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah non probability sampling. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Prosedur pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini ialah metode kuesioner. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah adanya pengaruh yang nyata secara keseluruhan variabel pengaruh harga, kualitas dari sebuah produk serta desain produk pada keputusan pembelian gitar di Omah Gitar Solo. Hasil pengujian t memperlihatkan bahwa variabel kualitas sebuah produk berkorelasi signifikan dan positif kepada keputusan pembelian. Sementara itu, harga dan desain produk ternyata tidak mempunyai pengaruh pada keputusan pembeli.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine whether social media advertising, product design, online customer reviews of Shoope influence interest in repurchasing Maybelline Mascara products. The population is consumers of Maybelline Mascara products. The method used for sampling was nonprobability sampling using purposive sampling technique. A sample of 80 respondents who had purchased Maybelline Mascara products in Solo Raya. This research was carried out using quantitative methods by collecting data using a questionnaire in the form of a Google form. Data instrument testing, classical assumption testing, and multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program are the techniques used to analyze the data. The results of this research showthat social media advertising does not significantly influence repurchase interest, product design has a significant influence on repurchase interest, online customer review shops do not significantly influence repurchase interest.

Abstract

Beauty is one of the keys for women, it is no longer a woman's desire but a woman's need. Due to this, the level of the cosmetics industry in the world has soared, especially in Indonesia. Many cosmetic brands are competing to market their products and none other than Hanasui, Hanasui is a product from Indonesia which was produced by PT Eka Jaya Internasional from 2016, Hanasui is a brand of beauty products in Indonesian industry which has various brand innovations, one of which is Lipcream Hanasui, Lipcream Hanasui is a halal and BPOM-certified product with high quality and safe for the lips. This research was conducted to determine product quality, brand image, and e-wom influencing interest in repurchasing Lipcream Hanasui products. The population is consumers of Lipcream Hanasui products. The method used for sampling was non-probability sampling using purposive sampling techniques. A sample of 95 respondents who had purchased Hanasui Lipcream products in Solo Raya. This research was carried out using quantitative methods by collecting data using a questionnaire in the form of a Google form. Data instrument testing, classical assumption testing, and multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program are the techniques used to analyze the data. The results show that product quality,brand image,e-wom have a significant effect on repurchase interest in Lipcream Hanasui.

Abstract

Dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas dan daya tahan UMKM diwilayah Kabupaten Sukoharjo, team pengabdian kepada Masyarakat mengadakan kegiatan di UMKM Roti Mewarni Kartasura Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Salah satu alasan pemilihan mitra/objek pengabdian adalah keberadaan roti mewarni relative masih baru di lini bisnis kuliner roti. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah membantu UMKM Roti Mewarni untuk memperkuat strategi pemasaran terutama membangun branding melalui penguatan brand awareness. Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan dalam bentuk diskusi terkait strategi branding dan pendampingan dalam membangun dan memperkuat brand awareness.
