<![CDATA[Abstract: This research aims to determine and to understand the perceptions of the Faculty of Health Sciences (FIKES) students at the University of Tribhuwana Tunggadewi Malang on the smoking hazard labels. This is a Qualitative Descriptive Research, and the research object is FIKES students at the University of Tribhuwana Tunggadewi Malang. The data collection carried out in this research is through frank or disguised observation, structured interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique applied is descriptive qualitative by doing three stages that are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing the conclusion. The finding of this research shows that the perception of FIKES students at the University of Tribhuwana Tunggadewi Malang on the hazard smoking labels is so diverse. Many of them have known some various diseases that arise from smoking. According to the research, the researcher assumed that some FIKES smokers from the University of Tribhuwana Tunggadewi could not reduce their smoking intensity even though the warning labels on the cigarette packages were listed. There are many ways that FIKES students who are active smokers do to overcome the presence of the dangerous image of smoking before they smoke cigarettes. This affects smokers unable to stop smoking or to reduce their intensity in smoking. Keywords: Perception, Warning Label, and Danger warn Astrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memahami persepsi mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Kesehatan (FIKES) Universitas Tribhuwana Tunggadewi Malang terhadap label peringatan bahaya merokok. Penelitian ini termasuk Penelitian Deskriptif Kualitatif dengan obyek penelitian mahasiswa FIKES Universitas Tribhuwana Tunggadewi Malang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini melalui observasi terus-terang atau tersamar, wawancara terstruktur, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan tiga tahap yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penegasan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi mahasiswa FIKES Universitas Tribhuwana Tunggadewi Malang terhadap label peringatan bahaya merokok begitu beragam. Banyak yang sudah mengetahui bermacam-macam penyakit yang timbul akibat merokok. Berdasarkan penelitian tersebut, peneliti mengasumsikan bahwa beberapa mahasiswa perokok FIKES Universitas Tribhuwana Tunggadewi tidak bisa mengurangi intensitas merokoknya meskipun tertera label peringatan bahaya merokok bagi kesehatan pada kemasan rokok. Banyak cara yang beranekaragam dilakukan oleh mahasiswa FIKES yang menjadi perokok aktif untuk mengatasi adanya gambar bahaya merokok tersebut sebelum ia menghisap rokok.
