<![CDATA[Abstrak:Pelaksanaan APBDes di Desa ini, masih terdapat beberapa permasalahan diantaranya adalah pengelolaan APBDes di desa, belum sepenuhnya berjalan dengan baik, dimana pengelolaan APBDes atau keuangan desa masih belum sesuai dengan anggaran yang ada atau ketersediaan dana, sehingga pembangunan infrastruktur berupa jalan desa belum memadai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana hubungan pengelolaan APBDes dengan Pembangunan Jalan Desa dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kendala Alokasi Dana APBDes pada bidang pembangunan jalan Desa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Dalam pengukuran terhadap variabel digunakan skla likert, sedangkan teknik utama pengumpulan data yaitu studi angket dan teknik dokumentasi. Data dianalisis melalui penyajian dan penarikan kesimpulan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Aparatur Desa dan melibatkan masyarakat desa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa ada hubungan APBDes dengan Pembangunan Jalan Desa dengan H0 0,05 maka hipotesisnya di terima dan jika H0 0,05 maka hipotesis di tolak. Hubungan tersebut menunjukan bahwa APBDes dengan Pembangunan Jalan Desa mempunyai tingkat hubungannya rendah dengan nilai 0,024, hal ini di pengaruh dengan rendahnya APBDes yang terbatas atau belum memadai untuk menyelesaikan pembangunan jalan di Desa Bulukerto, Kecamatan Bumiaji, Kota Batu. It includes the management of APBDes, which is not yet fully functioning.The management of APBDes or village finances is still not in accordance with the existing budget or the availability of funds, so the infrastructure development in form of village roads is inadequate. This study aimed to determine how the relationship between the management of the APBDes and the development of village roads and to find out how the constraints of the APBDes fund allocation. The type of this research is a quantitative descriptive research. In the measurement of the variables used Likert scale, while the main data collection techniques were questionnaire studies and documentation techniques. The data was analyzed through presentation and conclusion withdrawing. The population of this study was the village apparatus and the village community. The results of this study indicated that there was a relationship between APBDes and village road development with H0 0.05, the hypothesis is accepted and if H0 0.05, the hypothesis is rejected. This relationship showed that the APBDes with village road development had a low relationship with a value of 0.024, this was influenced by the low APBDes that were limited or inadequate to complete road construction in Bulukerto Village, Bumiaji District, Batu.
