Abstract

Every companies that run the business, they always focus on distributing products and services to all of their consumers in public. Companies, must be able to create strategies to broaden distribution action and awareness about the company itself. Customers, residing in the public have the right to understand a product or service that is, and without any doubt they have to be always able to obtain information about the company. In today's era, ideally it is no longer difficult to get any information with the help of internet. Similarly, the ideal company has been optimizing the use of the Internet as a performance tool. The author of this research, put forward the concept that can bridge the company with consumers through the relationship with using microblogging available on social media that is Twitter. Public Relations practitioners, can communicate further to conduct a communication campaign on the increasingly segmented consumer, thanks to Twitter and the delivery of information is now not limited space and time.Keywords : Microblogging, Twitter, Social Media, Public Relations, Communication

Abstract

Penjadwalan penerbangan merupakan salah satu permasalahan yang sangat penting dilakukan agar konsumen mendapatkan pelayanan yang maksimal. Pada umumnya, penjadwalan dilakukan dengan cara manual. Cara ini memiliki keakuratan yang kurang baik dan dapat memberikan peluang terjadinya tabrakan jadwal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menyusun jadwal yang optimal untuk penerbangan pesawat di Bandara Intenasional Lombok. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode algoritma genetika. Algoritma genetika memungkinkan dapat menyelesaikan masalah yang kompleks dengan membangkitkan sejumlah individu yang dihitung nilai fitness-nya, dan memanfaatkan proses evolusi yang terdiri dari proses seleksi, crossover, dan mutasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan, hasil dari penjadwalan penerbangan terbaik didapatkan dari individu terbaik dengan nilai parameter-parameter ukuran populasi sebesar 10, jumlah generasi sebesar 10, dan peluang mutasi sebesar 0,01 dengan nilai fitness tertinggi yaitu 1. Individu terbaik ini menepati slot waktu berisikan 108 slot dengan estimasi waktu 10 menit setiap slotnya. Slot-slot tersebut menentukan waktu take off dan landing sebuah pesawat

Abstract

Rainfall is one of the elements of the climate that has influence on people's lives in West Nusa Tenggara Province. Thecapital city of West Nusa Tenggara Province (NTB), namely the City of Mataram, in December 2016 was affected byflood disaster due the rainfall increation. This causes all activities in the City of Mataram paralyzed. This study aimed tomodelling the rainfall and to determine the rainfall grade prediction in the City of Mataram in 2017. The method usedwas nonparametric regression of Fourier series. Based on the results of the analysis that has been committed, the bestFourier series of nonparametric regression model obtained at the Selaparang station was a model with 101 number ofknots and 0.959116 value of R2 . For the Ampenan station, the best model obtained with 101 knots and 0.966992 valueof R2 . As well as for the Cakranegara station, the best model obtained with 106 number of knots and 0.987778 value ofR2 .

Abstract

One of the games discussed in this study is a puzzle game. In a puzzle game players are expected to be able to achieve the final goal to form a correct picture or pattern. The algorithms used in this study are the A* algorithm (A Star) and IDA* algorithm (iterative deepening A*). This study aims to determine the completion process of the game Sliding Puzzle using A* Algorithm and IDA* Algorithm and determine which algorithms are more efficient. Based on the time complexity it was found that the A* algorithm is more efficient than the IDA* algorithm because it only chooses the smallest value of f, apart from the IDA* algorithm which tries all possible steps with the same value of f. The disadvantages of these two algorithms are that in some cases this algorithm cannot solve the problem or stop at the local optimum or the same step  repeated.

Abstract

Komunikasi yang efektif sangat penting untuk keberhasilan pengajar dan peserta didik termasuk dalam kegiatan pembelajaran daring. Penelitian ini merupakan tinjauan sistematis yang berusaha memeriksa efektivitas komunikasi dalam kegiatan pembelajaran daring selama pandemi Covid-19. Dengan menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR), penelitian dilaksanakan dengan menganalisis literatur-literatur yang telah diterbitkan dalam artikel jurnal ilmiah pada periode Januari tahun 2020 sampai dengan tahun September tahun 2021. Melalui proses ektraksi dengan ketentuan inklusi dan eksklusi, peneliti berhasil menentukan delapan literatur (5%) dari total 169 literatur yang relevan untuk membahas efektivitas komunikasi dalam kegiatan pembelajaran daring. Hasil tinjauan sistematis menunjukan bahwa, pengajar masih dianggap sebagai sosok yang menentukan efektifitas komunikasi pada kegiatan belajar-mengajar daring dan salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan efektivitas komunikasi adalah menyadari hambatan dalam proses komunikasi dan mengeliminasinya. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa teori efektivitas komunikasi juga masih belum mencakup variabel dan indikator yang dapat digunakan untuk mengukur efektivitas komunikasi.

Abstract

The aims of this research is to analys the effect of fixed asset revaluation on company share price by using simple regression model as the method. This research  uses time series data of annual report year 2015 and share price on 02 May year 2016 from Indonesian Stock Exchange. Purpossive judgment is used as sampling method wich result 30 company fulfill the criteria of the sample by revaluation of fixed asset activity in year 2015. The result of hypotesis testing indicates that fixed asset revaluation has a possitive effect on share price significantly. Finding of this research show support for Signalling Theory which  state that all of company activities about signalling is to rich public interest could increase the share price. The result of this research also support the Trade-off Theory of Capital Stucture which state that balancing debt and capital stucture can increase value of company and could increase the  share price.Keyword: Capital Structure, Fixed Asset Revaluation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the fairness of the presentation of the value of inventory in financial statements Pharmacies Delfita Farma in Samarinda and analyzing records inventory Pharmacies Delfita Farma using the Financial Accounting Standards Entities Without Public Accountability (SAK ETAP) to determine differences in the value of ending inventory. The analysis tool used is the Financial Accounting Standards Entities Without Public Accountability (SAK ETAP). Based on analysis tools that have been used got the final result of inventory is Rp 7,124,897.00 with no difference in the unit. Based on research, the analysis shows that the value of ending inventory by Pharmacies Delfita Farma is different from the value of ending inventory valuation using LIFO (Last In, Firts Out) method. final inventory's Alloris Tablet Rp 237,991.00 and Rp 238,924.00, Eflagen 50 mg of Rp 301,340.00 and Rp 301,500.00, Sanexon 4 mg of Rp 333,500.00 and Rp 339,625.00 and the final inventory Anbacim 500 mg no difference. Final inventory according to calculations Pharmacies Delfita Farma is Rp 7,124,897.00 while the calculation according to the author is Rp 7,132,115.00 resulting in a difference in the value of inventories amounting to Rp 7128.00. Therefore, the authors suggest Pharmacies Delfita Farma can improve assessment methods inventory so it can be in accordance with Financial Accounting Standards Entities Without Public Accountability (SAK ETAP) Chapter 11 Inventories are just using assessment LIFO (Last In, Firts Out) methods and Weighted average or average.Keywords: Assessment Inventory, FIFO

Abstract

The purpose of this study to analyze the financial performance of hospital Dayaku Raja in 2014 and 2015, in terms of liquiditas ratio, solvency ratio, and debt ratio. Based on the analysis using the liquidity ratio, current ratio and cash ratio increased from the previous years. The increase in this ratio indicates the performance of hospital dayaku raja good, because the hospital is able to pay its current liabilities. While the quick ratio decreasedfrom the prioryear due to supply by 2015 is greater than 2014 but still considered healthy. From the analysis using solvency ratio show that the financial performance of hospitals dayaku raja is in a secure position for total assets greater than total liabilities. Based on the analysis using the debt ratio, debt to equity ratio and the ratio of debt to capital assets have increased from the previous year. It shows the financial performance of hospitals dayaku raja either because it is not burneded by debt.Keywords: Liquidity Ratio, Solvency Ratio, and Debt Ratio.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find empirical evidence of earnings management influence on the cost of capital. This research was based accounting capital market as it aims to determine the effect of earnings management to investment decisions by investors. The population in this study is the service sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2010-2013. Samples were selected based on purposive sampling method or technique of making certain criteria. Earnings management is measured by the ratio of working capital to sales accruals and capital costs estimated by the model Ohlson. The hypothesis was tested using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on test results, it was found that the effect is strong earnings management or effect on the cost of capital. This shows that investors have been anticipating precisely on accrual information to determine earnings management practices.Keywords: Earnings Management, Cost of Capital.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyzed the effect of CSR on firm value. Firm value proxy with Tobin’s Q. This research was taken because there are still differences between the researchs with each other. This research adding agency cost reduction as mediating variable. This research was not use stakeholder theory, but was applicated agency theory, signaling theory, and legitimacy theory. This study use WarpPLS 5.0. This study uses 63 samples of manufacture firms that listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2013 to 2015. The sampling method used for this study is purposive sampling. Type of the data used is secondary data. The result of the test is that CSR positive influence to the firm value. Based on the results of the analysis found that the agency cost reduction is partial mediation between the relationship of CSR on firm value. Institutional ownership can’t moderate CSR on ACR.Keywords: Corporate Social Responsibility, Firm Value, Agency Cost Reduction, Institutional Ownership
