Abstract

PT. PLN (Persero) Distribusi Jawa Barat dan Banten adalah salah satu perusahaan yang berada di bawah naungan Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) yang bergerak di bidang Jasa Pelayanan Penyediaan dan Pendistribusian Listrik di Indonesia.PT. PLN (Perusahaan Listrik Negara) DJBB merupakan perusahaan yang mengelola pendistribusian tenaga listrik ke seluruh Jawa Barat dan BantenKinerja adalah hasil yang diperoleh oleh suatu organisasi baik organisasi tersebut bersifat proit oriented dan non proit oriented yang dihasilkan selama satu periode waktu. Secara lebih tegas Amstrong dan Baron mengatakan kinerja merupakan hasil pekerjaan yang mempunyai hubungan kuat dengan tujuan strategis organisasi, kepuasan konsumen dan memberikan kontribusi ekonomi (Amstrong dan Baron). Lebih jauh Indra Bastian menyatakan bahwa kinerja adalah gambaran mengenai tingkat pencapaian pelaksanaan suatu kegiatan/program/kebijaksanaan dalam mewujudkan sasaran, tujuan, misi dan visi organisasi yang tertuang dalam perumusan skema strategis (strategic planning) suatu organisasi.(Irham Fahmi 2011:2)Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan statistik deskriptif atau inferensial adalah statistik yang digunakan untuk menganalisa data dengan cara mendeskripsikan atau menggambarkan data yang telah terkumpul sebagaimana adanya tanpa bermaksud membuat kesimpulan yang berlaku untuk umum atau generalisasi. (Sugiyono 2014:147)Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan perhitungan mean, modus, dan median mendapatkan hasil rata-rata sebesar 2,2 dan ini menunjukan Kinerja penanganan keluhan cukup baik, modus dari angka yang paling banyak muncul adalah 2 dan ini menunjukkan Kinerja penanganan keluhan cukup baik dan untuk median atau angka tengah pada data adalah 2, hal ini membuktikan bahwa Kinerja penanganan keluhan PT. PLN (Persero) cukup baik. Kata Kunci : Kinerja

Abstract

Recruitment is a process of searching for prospective employees who can meet the qualifications specified by the company. These prospective employees are also referred to as job applicants, individuals who aspire to work for a company. The recruitment process begins with the company seeking new employees and ends with the submission of applications. The result obtained is a collection of applicant data. The expected benefit is effective recruitment. In an effective recruitment process like this, the more applicants there are, the more selective the recruitment process conducted by the company. This study aims to analyze the recruitment process conducted by the human resource department at hotel sheraton bandung. The objectives of this recruitment process analysis are: a). To determine the recruitment system used by hotel sheraton bandung. B). To understand the employee recruitment process applied at hotel sheraton bandung. Using qualitative methods and data collection through interviews, observations, and document reviews. This results in qualitative data in the form of written and spoken words from the interviewees. The results of the research indicate that the recruitment process still does not yield satisfactory outputs, such as errors that may be made by applicants or hr. Factors include applicants' lack of diligence in applying. The solution to this case is to identify the problems faced when applying through web-based job vacancy platforms.

Abstract

This research aims to explore innovations in human resource development aimed at enhancing the performance of educators at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Abdurrahman in Bandung city. The research methodology employed is qualitative descriptive, utilizing data sources such as observations, interviews, documentation, and insightful conclusions drawn from interviews with the head of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Abdurrahman in Bandung city. The findings of this study demonstrate a significant impact of human resource development innovations, utilizing current technology to improve educator performance. Training and development play a pivotal role in enhancing educator performance, supported by ongoing evaluation to mitigate performance decline.

Abstract

Sekolah Alam Pangandaran is committed to creating an inspiring and quality learning environment. One of the main keys in achieving this goal is through strategic recruitment and the right selection. In an effort to improve the quality of performance, the school implements a more holistic and inclusive approach, focusing on the values of nature and character education. The recruitment process not only considers academic qualifications, but also experience, passion, and suitability to the school's vision. The selection is carried out through a series of interviews, teaching simulations, and soft skills assessments, which allow time to recognize the potential and commitment of prospective educators. With this strategy, it is hoped that Sekolah Alam Pangandaran can present teaching staff who are not only competent, but also able to inspire and support the overall development of students. Recruitment and Selection Strategies to Improve the Quality of Performance in Natural Schools pangandaran. The researcher focused on how the recruitment and selection strategy was carried out at Sekolah Alam Pangandaran. The research method uses a type of qualitative descriptive research by collecting data through field research observations, interviews, field documentation, resource persons including 3 informants interviewed by the researcher, all from different sections. The results of this study illustrate that the recruitment and selection strategies carried out at Sekolah Alam Pangandaran are in accordance with the sequence of the selection process that must be carried out in schools.

Abstract

In recruiting employees, Sheraton Hotel has specific criteria that candidates must meet. These criteria include the requirement to undergo two assessments and several other recruitment sessions to ensure that the hired workforce aligns with the values of hotel service. The high standards and multiple selection stages can result in a shortage of applicants who meet all the criteria, thereby prolonging the recruitment process. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi peran santri dalam pengelolaan media sosial berbasis digitalisasi di Pondok Pesantren Muhtarul Huda. Dimana pesantren saat ini mengalami transformasi digital, peran santri dalam menggunakan dan mengelola media sosial menjadi penting untuk dipahami. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun terdapat keterbatasan sarana digital, santri menunjukkan kreativitas dalam strategi pengelolaan media sosial. Mereka memanfaatkan perangkat yang tersedia di pesantren dan memastikan konten yang diunggah sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Islam. Selain itu, kebijakan pembatasan penggunaan alat digital yang diterapkan oleh pimpinan pesantren juga memberikan dampak positif terhadap pengelolaan media sosial. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pemahaman tentang bagaimana santri berperan dalam mengelola media sosial yang sesuai dengan prinsip dan ajaran pesantren. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya peran santri dalam pengelolaan media sosial di era digital serta implikasinya terhadap pembelajaran dan kehidupan pesantren secara keseluruhan.
