Abstract

Penggunaan media sosial sebagai salah satu fasilitas untuk memasarkan produk adalah hal yang sangat biasa dilakukan oleh para pemilik usaha namun belum banyak pemilik usaha yang menyadari hal tersebut, terlebih lagi bagi pemilik usaha yang tinggal di daerah. Salah satu media sosial yang banyak digunakan oleh para pemilik usaha adalah instagram. Pelatihan pemanfaatan media sosial instagram sebagai strategi peningkatan pemasaran produk usaha konveksi diberikan kepada ibu-ibu kelompok usaha konveksi Desa Jepara sebagai upaya peningkatan pemasaran produk dan peningkatan pendapatan usaha dengan memanfaatkan media sosial instagram. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 20 orang anggota kelompok usaha konveksi dan mereka berhasil membuat akun intagram dan memasarkan produk buatannya di akun tersebut sehingga dapat mendongkrak penghasilan kelompok usaha konveksi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Jepara Kabupaten Lampung Timur. Urgensi penelitian ini terletak pada penyebab gagalnya proses implementasi salah satu pilar dari Desmigratif yakni pembentukan koperasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi pilar pengembangan koperasu di Desmigratif Jepara. Metode yang digunakan adalah survey lapangan dengan metode kualitatif dan penyajian data deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegagalan pembentukan koperasi di Desmigratif Jepara disebabkan oleh belum berjalan dengan baiknya komunikasi antar stakeholders pelaksana sehingga berdampak pada belum optimalnya penggunaan sumber daya, kurangnya pemahaman stakeholder tentang disposisi yang dimiliki, serta sulitnya mengubah kultur nilai yang dianut masyarakat dan mengakibatkan partisipasi masyarakat untuk pembentukan koperasi sangat rendah.

Abstract

This paper outlines the formulation of strategies for small, Usaha kecil mikro dan menengah (UMKM) in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic in Metro City, where very tight business competition and declining public income as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic forced entrepreneurs to apply the best strategic management to deal with current economic downturn. The target of the service activity is MSME Metro actors who are affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, then UMKM actors are asked to fill out pre-test and post-test, then the data is processed, so as to produce data in the form of a description of the explanation of internal environmental studies in increasing the capacity of Metro City UMKM actors in improving business opportunities during the pandemic. The author describes the analysis of strategies that can be divided into 2, namely the analysis of internal factors and analysis of external factors. Internal factor analysis will discuss further the strengths and weaknesses of the business and external factor analysis will discuss opportunities and threats that can occur in the company. Internal and external factors of strategic management are usually acronymized as SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threath). to support efforts to increase income during the pandemic through internal environmental scanning efforts. Although this commitment is informal and has not yet formed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).

Abstract

This research is motivated by the enactment of Regional Regulation No. 03 of 2010 concerning the Guidance of Street Children, Homeless people and Beggars. in the city of Bandar Lampung. The regulation has been in effect since 2010 but until now there are still many street children, homeless people and buskers in Bandar Lampung City. The purpose of this research is to analyze how the implementation of the Regional Regulation No. 03 of 2010. This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. This research was conducted using the method of collecting through interviews, documentation and observation. The data analysis technique used in this research is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the implementation of Regional Regulation No. 03 of 2010 concerning the development of street children, homeless people and buskers has not gone well because of the large number of street children and the lack of socialization and counseling carried out by the Social Service regarding the prohibition of giving money on the streets to street children, homeless people. and buskers so that people still carry out these activities. As well as the lack of ability of the Bandar Lampung City Social Service in fostering street children, homeless people and buskers who have been caught in raids.

Abstract

Diberlakukannya peraturan Kepala Kepolisian Republik Indonesia Nomor 15 Tahun 2014 tentang Analisis Beban kerja di Lingkungan Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia menyebutkan bahwa analisis beban kerja diperlukan untuk menetapkan jumlah personel guna memenuhi kebutuhan struktur organisasi Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia yang ideal dalam melaksanakan tugas pokok dan fungsinya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana Implementasi Sistem Informasi Analisis Beban Kerja (ABK) Pegawai di Lingkungan Sekolah Polisi Negara Kemiling Bandar Lampung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Informan dalam penelitian ini seluruh personil yang terkait dengan implementasi Sistem Informasi Analisis Beban Kerja (ABK) Pegawai di Lingkungan Sekolah Polisi Negara Kemiling Bandar Lampung. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi.  Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa prosedur penggunaan Sistem Informasi Analisis Beban Kerja (ABK) sudah berjalan sesuai dengan pedoman pelaksanaan Peraturan Kapolri No. 15 Tahun 2014 tentang Analisis Beban Kerja di Lingkungan Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia. Kesiapan Sumber daya manusia (SDM) dan sarana prasarana sudah cukup baik karena telah dilakukan sosialisasi dan pelatihan bagi anggota yang akan menjalankan aplikasi. Proses Implementasi sudah berjalan dengan baik meskipun masih terdapat kendala dari segi SDM yang belum semua memahami format pengisian ABK serta kendala dari segi sarana komputer yang perlu penambahan serta jaringan yang belum stabil.

Abstract

This research is motivated by poor public services carried out by the government, one of which is in the implementation of making E-KTP. The problem that arises in making E-KTP is the lack of facilities and infrastructure owned by the government to support policy implementation. The purpose of this research is to analyze the efforts to realize the excellent service carried out by the Tanjung Glad District in the process of making E-KTP based on the principles of Good Governance. This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. This research was conducted using the method of collecting through interviews, documentation and observation. The data analysis technique used in this research is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the study were measured using nine principles of good governance based on the UNDP (United National Development Program), namely community participation, upholding the rule of law, transparency, consensus-oriented, effectiveness and efficiency, accountability. The results of the study indicate that the application of the principles of good governance in the implementation of making E-KTP in Tanjung Glad District has been implemented well, although the principles of efficiency and effectiveness have not been achieved because the making of E-KTP still takes a relatively long time. Abstract

Hilangnya eksistensi Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) di Kampung Gantimulyo, Kecamaatan Pekalongan, Kabupaten Lampung Timur menjadi masalah yang mendasari tumbuhnya gagasan untuk melakukan pengabdian guna peningkatan ekonomi kelembagaan desa melalui pemberdayaan KWT. Selain itu masih banyak anggota kelompok yang belum memiliki pengetahuan tentang budidaya pertanian. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan tentang pentingnya pembangunan manusia melalui ekonomi kelembagaan dan pemaksimalan lahan pertanian. Metode pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan dan pelatihan.  Penyuluhan dilakukan dengan memberikan teori yang meliputi pentingnya manajemen organisasi dan tata cara bercocok tanam dengan menggunakan metode tumpang sari serta kelebihan dan kekurangan metode bercocok tanam tumpang sari. Selanjutnya, dilakukan pelatihan dengan praktik langsung di lahan pertanian milik KWT. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu pengetahuan anggota KWT Kampung Gantimulyo tentang pemanfaatan keterbatasan lahan untuk mendapatkan hasil semaksimal mungkin menjadi meningkat. Peningkatan hasil panen KWT juga secara langsung berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan keluarga KWT.

Abstract

The implementation of public services must pay attention to several aspects, including fast in implementation, efficient in the use of human resources, effective in time execution, and transparent to the public. Good and quality services have implications for community satisfaction, because the public directly evaluates the performance of the services provided. The indicator of community satisfaction is the benchmark for the success of governance. In order to provide more efficient and effective public services, the government has begun to adapt to technological sophistication, namely by using information systems or applications in providing services to the public. The purpose of this research is to find out how administrative services in Komering Agung Village are after the implementation of website-based population administration services. The research method used is a qualitative method with the process of collecting data using interview techniques, observation and documentation. The research results obtained are that the service improvement strategy through the administrative information system in the Komering Agung Village is going well because the community as service recipients feels the good impact of services through the website where services are more efficient in terms of time and costs.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk memaksimalkan peran mahasiswa KKN (Kuliah Kerja Nyata) di lingkungan masrakat pada masa pandemic Covid-19. Abstract

Posyandu is a center for basic health services for mothers and children under five. Posyandu is a form of community empowerment in villages. Community empowerment is all facilitation efforts that are non-instructive in nature, in order to increase the knowledge and abilities of the community, so that they are able to identify the problems they face, their potential, plan and carry out solutions by utilizing local potential. Community empowerment in the health sector is the process of providing information to individuals, families or groups (clients) continuously and continuously following the client's development, as well as the process of helping clients, so that the client changes from not knowing to knowing or being aware (aspect of knowledge), from knowing to wanting (attitude aspect), and from wanting to being able to carry out the behavior being introduced (action or practice aspect). The results of service activities show that the role of posyandu as a basic health service and community empowerment in Jaya Asri Village has been running well. This can be seen by the education of posyandu cadres and mothers of toddlers so that the stunting rate in Jaya Asri village is low. The village government also provides support by providing good facilities and infrastructure. So that posyandu cadres are able to be empowered and manage their organization well.
