Abstract

The perspective approach of Spiritual Ecofeminism in studying the role of women in indigenous communities is a limited study. The role of Tina Ngata as subjects is set up, maintain and manage the entire social activity in relation between human and human and between human and nature to show the existence of women as the center and core of life in relation of matriarchal role. The role and position of Tina Ngata as guardians of the Katuwua and Hintuwua values in the MHA Kulawi or Sintuvu Posarara values in the Kaili tribe is a manifestation of concern for nature so that there will be ecological sustainability and the continued availability of natural resources that support the needs of human life. Tina Ngata in carrying out her social functions with the strength of leadership, wisdom, talents, authority and charisma is needed to maintain and manage the relationship between each individual member of the community in social life. Philosophically, the role of Tina Ngata devotes herself to maintaining social life with a sense of caring and commitment in overcoming social problems and the ability to maintain the balance of nature in managing nature (forests) and the social environment is the interpretation of universal goals as affirmed in the perspective of ecofeminism spirituality.

Abstract

Pie is a a type of pastry that consists of pie crust dough and filling. The texture of a well-made pie crust is arid and coarse. The texture of pie crust can be affected by the use of flour with a low gluten content. This study made a pie crust using a banana hump and breadfruit composite flour. The aim of this research was to obtain the optimum ratio banana hump and breadfruit flour on the quality characteristics of crust pie. The research method used a completely randomized design (CRD) with five treatments and four replications to obtain 16 experimental units. The treatments consisted of ratio banana hump and breadfruits flour BS1 (100:0), BS2 (75:25), BS3 (50:50), BS4 (25:75), and BS5 (0:100). Parameters observed included moisture content, ash, fat, protein, carbohydrate, crude fiber, and sensory assessment (descriptive and hedonic). Data obtained were statistically analyzed using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) and continued with Duncan’s Multiple Range Test (DMRT) at a 5% level.  The results showed significant moisture content, ash, fat, protein, carbohydrate, crude fiber, and sensory assessment. The treatments was BS4 where moisture 8.05%, ash 2.66%, fat 15.07%, protein 1.56%, crude fiber 5.21%, and carbohydrate 72.67%. The panellist’s favoured the overall sensory assessment of BS4, which had a yellow colour and a slightly breadfruit flavour

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh struktur modal dan kepemilikan institusional terhadap nilai perusahaan melalui kebijakan dividen pada perusahaan manufaktur sektor barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di PT. Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Dengan Populasi perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di PT. BEI pada sejak tahun 2014-2018 sebanyak 151 perusahaan. Penentuan sampel penelitian berdasarkan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 105. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan menggunakan bantuan SmartPLS versi 3.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa struktur modal dan kebijakan dividen berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, kepemilikan institusional berpengaruh negatif secara signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, struktur modal berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen, dan kepemilikan institusional berpengaruh negatif secara tidak signifikan. Selain itu hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan dividen mampu memediasi hubungan struktur modal terhadap nilai perusahaan positif dan tidak signifikan namun kebijakan dividen tidak mampu memediasi hubungan kepemilikan institusional terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata Kunci: Struktur Modal, Kepemilikan Institusional, Kebijakan Dividen, dan Nilai Perusahaan
