Abstract

 This study aims (1) Analyzing the implementation of online learning policies, (2) describes the problem of the implementation of online learning faced by teachers, aligna and parents (3) describing the teacher strategy in overcoming the problem of online learning (4) describing the use of digital facilities and media Teachers in Online Learning (5) Describe Persipan Teachers in Penencanan, Implementation Process, and Assessment / Evaluation in Online Learners. This research is located at Bhakti Loyal Nanga Pinoh High School using a qualitative research method of qualitative description approach, the data source from the principal, deputy curriculum, and subject teacher. Research instruments use, observation sheets, interview sheets and documentation. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation. Data processing steps include: data reduction, data classification, data display, data interpretation and conclusion withdrawal. The research findings show (1) the implementation of the learning policy of the Covid-19 pandemic period was carried out flexibly in two ways, namely in the network and outside the network. The implementation of learning in the network (online) uses the Google Classroom, Google Form and WhatsApp application. While luring learning is carried out with limited face-to-face and hourly. In limited face-to-face learning, the teacher explains the subject matter broadly and gives assignments to students to be done in their homes. (2) The problems faced by teachers, students and parents of students in online learning are constrained by technology, namely not all students have seriousness / gadgets and the internet. (3) The strategy carried out by the teacher is to carry out learning in two ways, namely online and luring in overcoming the problem of online learning (4) digital media used by teachers in online learning using computer programs and software such as digital videos, video games , web pages and websites, including social media; Data and databases, digital audio, such as MP3, MP4 and e-books, in addition, supporting factors in learning at the Covid-19 pandemic period are good school management, high quality teachers and disciplined students and school facilities and infrastructure adequate. (5) In carrying out teacher learning to plan online learning and luring. The plan for implementing online learning contains core competencies, competency standards and indicators of competency achievement, by referring to learning objectives and material descriptions, teachers make tasks and questions about learning evaluations to guide students in the independent learning process and measure their learning outcomes. Based on research findings, it can be concluded that the implementation of online learning policies during the Covid-19 pandemic period will be effective and supported by good school management.Keywords: Implementation of Policy, Online Learning, Pandemic Covid-19 Period

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to improve students' learning outcomes and learning activities in math subjects using demonstration methods. This study uses a class action research approach. This research was conducted as many as two cycles. The instruments used are, (1) Teacher performance observation sheet, (2) student activity sheet, (3) student learning result sheet. This instrument serves to collect research data. The results showed that in cycle I in learning planning obtained 3.08% and in cycle II the average score reached 3.11% with an increase of 0.3%. In the implementation of learning in cycle I the value obtained by 3.71% and in cycle II reached 3.59% with an increase of 0.12%. Then in the student learning outcomes in cycle I obtained 63.64% while in cycle II obtained 71.21%, with an increase of 7.57%. Data obtained from student activity in cycle I averaged 67.87% and average cycle II score of 72.12%, with an increase of 5.05%. During the learning process, in the first and second cycle students show high learning motivation that affects the achievement of learning outcomes. Thus the implementation of this class action research until the second cycle, and declared successful.

Abstract

Abstract : This Classroom Action Research Aims To Know Improved Learning Outcomes in Civil Education Subjects Before And After Using The Numbered Heads Together (NHT) Cooperative Approach In Class V Elementary School Public 3 KeranganPurun. This research was conducted in two cycles, each cycle divided into 4 steps, consisting of planning, implementing actions, observing, and reflecting.Through This Research, Researchers Hope To Be Able To Improve Learning Outcomes In Pkn Subjects Before And After Using The Numbered Heads Together (NHT) Model Cooperative Approach In Class V Elementary School Public 3 PurunKerangan. Based on data analysis and discussion that has been done, that "Efforts to Improve Student Learning Outcomes in Civil Education Lessons Using the Numbered Head Together (NHT) Cooperative Approach in Class V of Elementary School Public 3 KeranganPurun".From the analysis results obtained a significant increase from Cycle I and Cycle II, Student learning outcomes in the learning process of Citizenship Education is increasing, because of each cycle the average student learning outcomes have reached the criteria, 47% and 85% have reached the criteria predetermined success. It can be concluded that the cooperative approach of the Numbered Head Together (NHT) model can improve student learning outcomes in class V Elementary School Public 3 KeranganPurun.  Keywords: Improving Learning Outcomes, Civil Education and Cooperative Approach Model Numbered Heads Together (NHT). Abstrak: Penelitian Tindakan Kelas IniBertujuanUntukMengetahuiPeningkatan Hasil Belajar Pada Mata Pelajaran PKN Sebelum Dan SesudahmenggunakanPendekatanKooperatif  Model Numbered Heads  Together ( NHT) Di Kelas V SD Negeri 3 KeranganPurun. Penelitianinidilaksanakandalamduasiklus, setiapsiklusterbagimenjadi 4 langkah, terdiridariperencanaan, pelaksanaantindakan, pengamatan, dan refleksi.MelaluiPenelitianIniPenelitiBerharap Mampu Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Pada Mata Pelajaran PknSebelum Dan SesudahMenggunakanPendekatanKooperatif  Model Numbered Heads  Together ( NHT) Di Kelas V Sd Negeri 3 KeranganPurun. Berdasarkananalisis data dan pembahasan yang telahdilakukan, bahwa “UpayaMeningkatkan Hasil BelajarSiswa Pada Pelajaran PKN DenganPendekatanKooperatif Model Numbered Head Together (NHT) Di kelas V SD Negeri 3 KeranganPurun”. Dari hasilanalisis yang di perolehpeningkatan yang signifikandariSiklus I dan Siklus II, Hasil belajarsiswadalam proses pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraaninisemakinmeningkat, karenadaritiapsiklus rata-rata hasilbelajarsiswatelahmencapaikriteria, 47 % dan 85 % telahmencapaikriteriakeberhasilan yang telahditetapkan.Dapatdisimpulkanbahwadenganpendekatankooperatif model Numbered Head Together (NHT) dapatmeningkatkanhasilbelajarsiswa  di kelas V SDN 3 KeranganPurun.Kata Kunci:Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar, PKN dan PendekatanKooperatif  Model Numbered Heads  Together ( NHT).
