Abstract

Based on the observations that have been researchers did a teacher at SMAN 1 Pasaman, it was found that the ability of teachers to implement learning models are still low. The purpose of this study is to describe and obtain information about models of learning in applied by teachers. This research is a school action. The procedure in this research include planning, action, observation and reflection.The study consisted of two cycles of the four meetings. Subjects consisted of 5 teachers of Geography SMAN 1 Pasaman. Data were collected by using observation sheet. Data were analyzed using percentages. The results showed that the workshop was to improve the ability of teachers in using the models of learning in SMAN 1 Pasaman. This is evidenced by the Workshop can improve geography teachers in using the models of learning in SMAN 1 Pasaman from the first cycle to the second cycle. The average teacher's ability to apply learning models in the first cycle is 58.5 with less category, the second cycle is 86.17 Good.

Abstract

SMAN 1 Kinali ditemukan bahwa kemampuan Pengelolaan Kelas dan Penilaian Proses dengan Pelatihan Mikro teaching bagi guru masih rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan mendapatkan informasi tentang Peningkatan Kemampuan Pengelolaan Kelas dan Penilaian Proses. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan sekolah. Prosedur penelitian dalam penelitian ini meliputi perencanaan, tindakan, obeservasi dan refleksi. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua siklus dengan empat kali pertemuan. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 14 orang guru dimana 7 orang guru dari SMAN 1 Pasaman dan 7 orang guru dari SMAN 1 Kinali di Sekolah Binaan. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan lembaran obeservasi. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan Pelatihan Mikro teaching dapat meningkatkan kemampuan Pengelolaan Kelas dan Penilaian Proses dengan Pelatihan Mikro teaching bagi guru di Sekolah Binaan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya Pelatihan Mikro teaching dapat meningkatkan Kemampuan Pengelolaan Kelas dan Penilaian Proses dengan Pelatihan Mikro teaching bagi guru di Sekolah Binaan dari siklus I ke siklus II. Rata-rata kemampuan Guru dalam pengelolaan kelas dan penilaian proses melalui pelatihan mikro teaching dalam segi penilaian aspek pada siklus I adalah 54.46 berapa pada kategori cukup sedangkan pada penilaian dimensi berada pada kategori dengan kategori cukup dengan nilai 59.15 dan pada penilain aspek untuk siklus II adalah 86.83 dengan kategori Baik dan juga pada penilain dimensi untuk siklus II adalah 84.82 dengan kategori Baik.

Abstract

ABSTRACTBased on observations on the competencies of the Guided School Teachers in compiling the Classroom Action Research Proposal, it was found a phenomenon that the teacher's ability to prepare classroom action research was still low. The purpose of this study was to describe and obtain information about improving the ability of teachers to develop Classroom Action Research Proposals through the CLCK coaching model (Examples, Training, Control, Independent Work) Based on Intensive Mentoring in Foster Schools. This research is a school action research. The research procedures in this study include planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The subjects of the study consisted of 5 built school teachers. The research data was collected using an observation sheet. Data were analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that the model of Intensive Mentoring based CLCK can improve the ability of teachers in compiling Classroom Action Research Proposals in Foster Schools. Analysis of the quality of PTK proposals made by the teacher shows that the teacher's ability to prepare a Class Action Research Proposal increases from cycle I to cycle II. The teacher's ability to prepare a Class Action Research Proposal in the first cycle is 71.50 (sufficient) to increase to 93.00 (good) in cycle II.
