Abstract

Dropshipper is way never to sell hers but only promotes through its online shop by installing a photo and the criteria of the goods and the price of goods obtained from the tangle of cooperation with other companies has the real goods, called the Supplier. There is a contract between the greeting and dropshipper suppliers liability to the supplier for beranggung of the dropshipper tort case experienced by consumers. Tokopedia as a third-party guarantee consumer safety. So consumers can complain and dropshipper to the tokopedia so that the money was not received well by the dropshipper or supplier before the goods are delivered in accordance with the contract.Keyword : dropship, dropshipper, wanprestasi, responsibilityTransaksi dengan cara dropship adalah dropshipper tidak pernah menjual barang miliknya melainkan hanya mempromosikan melalui toko online dengan memasang foto dan kriteria barang dan harga barang didapat dari jalinan kerja sama dengan perusahaan lain yang memiliki barang yang sesungguhnya, yang disebut Suplier.Penelitian ini menunjukanterdapat akad salam antara dropshipper dan supplier yang menimbulkan kewajiban kepada supplier untuk beranggung jawab terhadap dropshipper Jika terjadi wanprestasi yang dialami konsumen. Tokopedia selaku pihak ketigamenjamin kemanan konsumen. Sehingga konsumen dan dropshipper dapat komplain ke pihak tokopedia sehingga uang tidak diterima baik oleh pihak dropshipper maupun supplier sebelum barang dikirim sesuai dengan akad.Kata Kunci: dropship, dropshipper, wanprestasi, tanggung jawab
