Abstract

Abstract: The term management has many meanings, management is directing / leading something of effort through planning, organizing, coordinating and controlling human resources and materials aimed at achieving predetermined goals. In the science of management there is the concept of problem solving that is placed in the workplace, namely the P-D-C-A approach as a process of solving problems with a continuous and systematic pattern. While management can also be defined as a process of organizing and utilizing the resources of the organization through the cooperation of members to achieve organizational goals effectively and efficiently. The practice of organizing education can be analogous to the production process in a company (industry). It's just that the products produced by educational institutions in the form of services. Therefore educational institutions can be said as service companies. From this perspective, the quality and quality of services (services) produced is a measure of the quality of an educational institution. Namely the extent of customer satisfaction with the services produced. What is meant by customers here are internal customers, namely teachers and other education personnel, and external customers, namely students and related parties outside the educational institution. Thus, schools are said to be of good quality if they are able to provide services according to or even exceed the expectations of teachers, employees, students, and other related parties such as parents, funders, the government or the world of work of users of graduates. Abstract

Since the beginning of the development of Islamic education has stood upright on two very important basic sources namely the Al-Quran and the sunnah of the prophet in the sacred scripture contained verses of mufasshalat (detailed) and verses of mubbayyinat (which provide proof of truth) that encourage humans to study and write and to study, think about and analyze the creation of heaven and earth. Islam since its inception shows the importance of education for human life. The first verse received by the prophet Muhammad is iqro "which contains a message about the command to deceive the potential of human reason, and that is at the core of education in Islam. However, it must be recognized that Islamic education at that time did not yet have a formal and systematic form, because the role of education at the beginning of the development of Islam was still limited to efforts to spread Islamic da'wah in the form of monotheism and religious ritual practices. While the teachings of religion that must be obeyed in human life, turned into mere spectacle. All show that the progress of science and technology in the 20th century, apparently not only brought something positive to human life, but also had a negative impact. By looking at various events that identify the lack of understanding of morality above, to provide a strong foundation for humans to come, it is necessary to innovate moral cultivation in the world of education or better known as moral education. In the world of education or better known as moral education. Whereas moral education is not far from implementing Islamic education. Thus the mastery and application of science and technology needs to be developed on the basis of ethics, morality and spiritual (imtaq) in the development of facing the era of improvement of science and technology, national development should also necessitate the importance of the value of faith and piety (imtaq) towards God. So as to create superior human resources according to Islam and be able to deal with the development of the era and era of globalization.

Abstract

Learning is a systematic system consisting of various interconnected components. These components are: objectives, materials, methods and evaluation. These four components must be considered in determining learning models that will be used in learning activities. Learning models are arranged based on educational principles, psychological theories, sociology, systems analysis and other theories. Learning models can be selected, meaning that teachers can determine the learning model that will be applied in the learning process in accordance with the situation and conditions of the school environment to achieve learning objectives. Teachers are currently required to develop according to their function, fostering guiding and producing students to achieve educational goals. Curriculum development, administration and equipment facilities must be balanced with the quality of teachers in carrying out the educational process. Because in the whole process of teacher education is a major factor. So it is necessary to improve the quality and professionalism of teachers in carrying out the learning process, especially learning Islamic Religious Education where it can be through mastery of learning models, so that the learning process can develop and not be monotonous.

Abstract

The independent curriculum is a simpler and more in-depth curriculum that focuses on essential material and the development of student competencies in its phases. Deep learning is unhurried and fun. Learning through project activities provides broad opportunities for educators and students to explore and discuss actual materials and issues such as the environment, health, technology and others so as to develop the potential character of students. In implementing an independent curriculum, of course, media and learning resources are an important part. Because with relevant learning resources and learning media, it is possible for educational units to optimize the selection of an independent curriculum in the educational process. Educators and learning media are interrelated to provide easy learning for students. Individual attention and guidance can be carried out by educators properly while information can be presented clearly, interestingly and thoroughly by media and learning resources.
