Abstract

Achieving the quality of education is a step that must be done with efforts to improve the professional abilities of teachers. Mainly Islamic religious education teachers. Education has an important role in improving human quality. Therefore, humans are a central force in development, so that the quality and success of the education system can be determined through increasing student achievement. The knowledge gained from the educational process is an important provision for everyone to carry out life. The teacher's efforts in improving student learning are felt to have a very large influence on the behavior of students. To be able to change the behavior of students as expected, it is necessary to have a professional teacher, namely a teacher who is able to use all components of education so that the teaching and learning process runs well. The results of this study describe the process of Islamic religious education teachers' efforts in improving student achievement in Islamic religious education subjects through extra-curricular activities, discussion of questions, improving the quality of Islamic religious teachers (KKG), learning methods. Every activity in an effort to improve learning achievement is always influenced by supporting and inhibiting factors both from within (intrinsic) and from outside (extrinsic). Likewise, in an effort to improve student achievement. There are several supporting and inhibiting factors experienced by Islamic Religious Education teachers.

Abstract

Indonesia ialah negara pluralis yang terkenal akan keragaman suku/etnis, budaya, maupun agama. Keberagaman agama di Indonesia layaknya pisau bermata dua. Ia bisa menjadi boomerang bagi mereka yang selalu mengunggulkan agamanya dan merendahkan agama/komunitas lain, namun ia juga bisa menjelma menjadi perekat persatuan dan kesatuan jika masyarakatnya didasari rasa toleransi yang tinggi. Pluralisme agama tidak hanya sekadar toleransi, tetapi juga saling memahami antarumat beragama. Eksistensi pluralisme agama di Indonesia tercermin dari respon pemerintah terhadap pelaksanaan kegiatan keagamaan di Indonesia. Meskipun dalam Islam sikap toleransi sangat dijunjung tinggi, akan tetapi penyalahgunaan makna pluralisme sering menuai konflik yang dapat mengancam ukhuwah Islamiyah.

Abstract

Studi ini menyelidiki pengelolaan kelas dalam pelaksanaan Kurikulum Berbasis Cinta (KBC) di MAN Kota Surabaya. Berbagai masalah sosial di dunia pendidikan seperti intoleransi, pelecehan, krisis moral, dan kurangnya kepedulian sosial siswa adalah pendorong penelitian. Kurikulum Berbasis Cinta, yang dirilis oleh Kementerian Agama Republik Indonesia, adalah paradigma baru dalam pendidikan Islam yang menekankan nilai-nilai seperti kasih sayang, toleransi, moderasi beragama, dan kepedulian sosial dalam proses pendidikan. Studi ini adalah studi kasus kualitatif deskriptif. Pendidik yang langsung terlibat dalam pelaksanaan kurikulum diwawancarai dalam metode pengumpulan data yang semi-terstruktur. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan model Miles, Huberman, dan Saldana. Tahap pengumpulan, kondensasi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan dilakukan.Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai Panca Cinta dimasukkan ke dalam semua mata pelajaran, alat pembelajaran, dan budaya sekolah untuk menerapkan Kurikulum Berbasis Cinta di MAN Kota Surabaya. Pendekatan edukatif berbasis kasih sayang, pembiasaan, dan keteladanan memungkinkan pengelolaan kelas yang humanis. Sesuai dengan karakteristik materi, guru harus mengintegrasikan nilai cinta kepada Tuhan, sesama manusia, lingkungan, dan tanah air ke dalam tujuan pembelajaran mereka. Penggunaan media pembelajaran digital seperti PowerPoint, Quizizz, proyektor, dan smart TV mendukung pelaksanaan kurikulum. Media ini membuat pembelajaran lebih interaktif dan bermakna. Selain itu, pembentukan karakter siswa dibantu oleh kegiatan pendukung seperti shalat Duha, program infaq sosial, konser lagu Indonesia Raya, dan proyek cinta lingkungan. Ketiadaan konsistensi pembiasaan antara lingkungan sekolah dan keluarga merupakan kendala utama dalam menerapkan kurikulum ini. Oleh karena itu, sekolah, orang tua, dan masyarakat harus bekerja sama untuk memastikan implementasi Kurikulum Berbasis Cinta berjalan dengan baik.
