It is known in the selection of the scholarship will certainly experience difficulties because of the many criteria for scholarship applicants and the number of criteria used to determine the grantee's decision as expected. Therefore the need for a system of decision-makers to take into account all the criteria that support decision making by using rule-based and forward chaining, because the rule-based and forward chaining will implement a counting system for certain that the admin just entering data and will gain value in accordance with the criteria.In this study, the author tries to analyze the main points of the discussion and the results are intended to develop information systems that can be used in AMIK Jombang. System decision makers have preferred to build a decision matrix, decision making matrix is normalized, weighted normalized decision making matrix, determine the positive and negative ideal solution, calculate separation, calculate the relative proximity to the positive ideal solution, rank the alternatives. The final result of the data sorting recipients.Â Keywords: scholarships, rule based dan forward chaining

Pemakaian daya listrik di suatu pemondokan atau indekos, biasanya mengkonsumsi daya yang berbeda -beda tetapi dalam tagihan listrik bulanan untuk setiap kamar biasanya dilakukan dengan membagi rata dengan jumlah penghuni kamar yang ada. Dianggap perlu bagi pemilik pemondokan atau rumah kontrakan memantau pemakaian listrik pada setiap kamar agar dapat memperkirakan besarnya biaya yang harus dibayarkan oleh sertiap penghuni sesuai dengan besarnya pemakaian. KWH meter yang dikenal luas oleh masyarakat umum adalah KWH meter konvensional yang memiliki keterbatasan hanya melakukan pengukuran energi aktif serta hasil pengukurannya hanya dapat dibaca pada tampilan KWH meter tersebut sehingga selalu dibutuhkan operator manusia yang bertugas melakukan pencatatan data. Prototype Device Meter Daya Listrik Berbasis Arduino dirancang untuk melakukan pengukuran energi listrik dengan notifikasi menggunakan sort message service (sms).

Knowing information is important for students, especially information about the college. The fame of using SMS gateway as the information spread media which has much deficiency, such as the needs of credit as the sending media and cannot searching message. Nowadays some message delivery media based on Android come up with the lack in some aspects. For an instant, the user of a group can send a message in the group’s chat rooms so that the important message can jumble with the other information. In this research, we will offer an application that is able to give real-time information. The information used one line system so that it cannot jumble with the other information. The information contain the alarm that has benefit to remind the user and then the message searching feature to help the user to look for the previous information, the usage of website technology as the data organizing be able to be accessed by the administrator, furthermore the usage of mobile device with android based can be accessed more easily and also the usage of API from firebase to send a message in the real time. This research resulted in applications that can support needs such as providing information specifically in realtime and have an alarm feature activity. Keanekaragaman budaya dan wisata bisa dijadikan objek wisata untuk bisa dikunjungi oleh para wisatawan. Wisata budaya ini merupakan kegiatan yang mencakup kekhasan dan keunikan budaya, itu semua bisa berupa kesenian, upacara adat, maupun hasil karya seni masyarakat setempat yang menarik. Perkembangan teknologi yang sekarang semakin berkembang pesat sangat mendukung Pemasaran ragam wisata dan budaya berbasis digital (digital marketing), dikarenakan membuat kita mudah untuk mendapatkan informasi salah satunya yaitu dengan aplikasi berbasis android. Aplikasi Android Ragam Budaya dan Wisata di Kabupaten Jombang sangat membantu memudahkan masyarakat untuk mengetahui berbagai ragam wisata dan budaya di Jombang dengan mengoptimalkan smartphone yang rata – rata sudah dimiliki oleh masyarakat umum. Aplikasi Ragam budaya dan wisata di Kabupaten Jombang memiliki beberapa fitur/menu yaitu Lokasi Wisata, tentang Budaya, Profil Jombang, Icon Jombang, Produk Unggulan dan Cara penggunaan .
