<![CDATA[Moses and Joshua were two of the foremost leaders of the Israelites in the different tasks and roles. Moses' reign over Israel began in Egypt and ended at Mount Nebo, and the tasks of capturing and conquering the land of Canaan were passed on to Joshua. This paper aims to explain how the character of Johsua’s leadership as the leader of Israel was shaped by God through his hands during his journey in the desert. The method used in the research is library research. The sources used are textbooks and theological journals that have a correlation with the topic of this research. The main conclusion is that the succession of Moses’ leadership by Johsua has become an ideal pattern for the regeneration of God’s servants today. AbstrakMusa dan Yosua adalah dua orang pemimpin terkemuka bangsa Israel dalam tugas dan peran yang berbeda. Kepemimpinan Musa atas Israel bermula di Mesir dan berakhir di gunung Nebo, dan tugas untuk merebut dan menaklukkan tanah Kanaan diteruskan oleh Yosua. Paper ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan bagaimana karakter kepemimpinan Yosua sebagai pemimpin Israel dibentuk oleh Tuhan melalui tangan Musa selama perjalanan di padang gurun. Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini ialah melalui studi Pustaka. Sumber yang digunakan adalah buku-buku teks dan jurnal teologi yang mempunyai korelasi dengan topik penelitian ini. Kesimpulan utamanya adalah, suksesi kepemimpinan Musa oleh Yosua menjadi pola yang ideal bagi regenerasi hamba Tuhan masa kini.]]>
