Abstract

This study aimed to find out the description : the satisfaction of society’s response to public service as well as service quality index value and the performance of the public service in the Departement of Civil Registration and Population of the City of Banjarmasin. The research using survey method and descriptively. Data collection using the questionnaire for respondents whit a simple technique random sampling. Descriptive data analysis with quantitative. The results showed the public generally satisfied with public service provided by the Departement of Civil Registration and Population of the City of Banjarmasin. The quality of service of the Departement of Civil Registration and Population are include in categories B, and the performance of his ministry is in good category either.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the picture is to know thecompetency influence to see with five indicators: motives, self concept, traits, skill, knowladge on performances employee of Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kota Banjarmasin. The method used is a survey research approach and the data was collected using a questionnaire and that analyzed by using Multiple Linear Regression. The results of the descriptive analysisshowed that both competence and employee performance in very goodcategories. Statistical analysis showed competence affects the employee performance. This variable competence is to help increase the employee performance.

Abstract

This study aimed to find out the description: 1) job satisfaction and employee performance, and 2) the influence of job satisfaction against the performance of employees. Research method using the method of survey sampling with saturated. Data were collected using a questionnaire and further analyzed by using simple regression techniques. Data processing using the help of the program SPSS (Statistical Product Service Solution) for Window 21.0. The research results of the descriptive analysis show, good job satisfaction or employee performance can be said to be very good although not optimal as expected institution. The results of the statistical analysis shows that job satisfaction, the effect on the performance of employees. This indicates the variable job satisfaction with five indicators is a unified, integrated and synergistic able to encourage performance improvement officer.Keywords:  Job satisfaction, performance of employees
