Abstract

Dalam pernikahan usia muda dimana kedewasaan fisik dan rohani masih labil atau kurang, sering timbul goncangan-goncangan dalam kehidupan berumah tangga, ini disebabkan karena kurangnya kesiapan mental dan masih belum masak jiwa raganya untuk membina rumah tangga sehingga tidak jarang terjadi pertengkaran, kesalahpahaman atau selisih pendapat antara keduanya tidak jarang berujung pada perceraian. Memang secara umum tidak ada seorang pun yang menginginkan pernikahannya berakhir dengan suatu perceraian, namun demikian sering kali lingkungan yang berbeda, serta perbedaan-perbedaan yang sifatnya pribadi mengakibatkan perkawinan tidak bisa dipertahankan lagi keutuhannya. Itulah sebabnya penetapan Peradilan Agama tentang dispensasi pernikahan menjadi amat penting.

Abstract

This study aims (1) to determine the marketing strategy of gold partner products at Bank Jabar Banten Syariah KCP Cikurubuk Tasikmalaya; (2) to find out the SWOT analysis in determining the marketing strategy at BJB Syariah KCP Cikurubuk; and (3) to find out how the marketing strategy is to increase sales of gold partner products at BJB Syariah KCP Cikurubuk. This qualitative research uses a descriptive qualitative approach that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people or observable behaviors that are carried out in case studies with observations, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study illustrate that the marketing strategy used by Bank BJB Syariah KCP Cikurubuk is the marketing mix or called the marketing mix which includes product, price, service, location and promotion strategies. So with this marketing mix, Bank BJB Syariah has experienced an increase in customers from the previous year, this is evidenced by data obtained by researchers from Bank BJB Syariah KCP Cikurubuk, but the increase experienced is still less significant because many competing institutions also have the same advantages and lack maximum of Bank BJB Syariah KCP Cikurubuk in implementing the marketing strategy that has been implemented. The SWOT analysis determines the marketing strategy for the gold partner product that has been implemented by Bank BJB Syariah KCP Cikurubuk has helped Bank BJB Syariah itself in analyzing various threats, opportunities, weaknesses, and strengths. So that Bank BJB Syariah KCP Cikurubuk can analyze market conditions significantly.

Abstract

As an institution engaged in the financial sector, Islamic banks expect benefits from the activities that have been carried out. This profit is generated through income generated from the products that are distributed. The performance of banks in carrying out their activities is seen from how much financing is distributed because the source of income for Islamic banks is from financing distribution. The volume of financing provided by Islamic banking needs to show an increase in order to create healthy and efficient financial institutions. Healthy financial institutions are able to demonstrate the ability to increase profits through increased profitability. The higher the profitability of a bank, the better profits or profits will be generated by the bank. Return on Assets (ROA) is one of the financial ratios in banking which has the best role to reflect the level of profitability of the bank. This research method uses quantitative descriptive method where quantitative descriptive method is a method in examining the status of a human group, an object, a set of conditions, a system of thought, or even a group of events in the present which aims to make a description. This research uses simple regression analysis which includes partial test (t test), and coefficient of determination test (R2). From the partial test (t test) obtained t count of 10.027 > from the value of t table of 2.228139. It is known that the p-value < (0.000 < 0.05) indicates that the multi-finance variable has a significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA). Coefficient of Determination Test (R2) regression model, the adjusted R2 value is 0.900, which means that the dependent variable can be explained by the independent variable by 90%, while the remaining 10% is explained by other variables not included in the regression model. The results of the partial test (t-test) and the coefficient of determination (R2) show that murabahah financing has a significant effect on the Return on Assets (ROA) profitability ratio at BRI Syariah KCP Ciamis Bank for the 2018-2020 period.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to compare the concept of mudharabah fatwa of the National Syari'ah Council (DSN) of the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI), and the Kitab Fath al-Mu’in by Sheikh Zainuddin bin Abdul Aziz al-Malibari. The methodology used is the descriptive qualitative method, which is a research method that is directed to describe the results of research as it is based on a literature study. The study results indicate that (a) the concept outlined in the DSN Fatwa is a legal product (ijma') of Muslim scholars and scholars who are members of the MUI which presents mudharabah rules that Islamic financial institutions must practice. (b) According to the book of Fath al-Mu’in, qiradh is a cooperative transaction in the business world with profits based on an agreement in the contract illustrated with interpersonal coverage, the actors do not describe the collaborative activities carried out between groups. (c) In principle, the concept of Qirâd in the book of Fath al-Mu’in and the concept of Mudharabah in the Fatwa of DSN MUI is the same. The difference lies in the actor or party making the contract. They will create a concept that will be different from the understanding, provisions, terms and pillars, profit provisions, dispute resolution, and the legal side.

Abstract

This study analyzes the reasons, supporting factors, process mechanisms, and effectiveness of conversion of Tunas Artha Mandiri Sharia Savings and Loans Cooperative (KSPPS) to convert. In addition, this study also aims to determine the conversion mechanism of Conventional Cooperatives into Savings and Loans Cooperatives and Sharia Financing at KSPPS Tunas Artha Mandiri, Banjarsari-Ciamis. The method is qualitative research, with data collection carried out through interviews. This study uses three types of informants: critical, primary, and additional. Data analysis followed the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results showed (1) Two factors that encourage the Tunas Artha Mandiri Savings and Loans and Sharia Financing Cooperative (KSPPS) to convert, namely internal and external factors. Internal factors are driven by the performance of the Conventional Tunas Artha Mandiri Cooperative, which has sufficient capacity to transform. Meanwhile, external factors are due to policy encouragement from the head office, increased religiosity of human resources, and the lack of existing Sharia cooperatives. The conversion mechanism begins with the member approval meeting, preparation for conversion, changes to the articles of association, changes in business activities (transformation of institutions, systems, managers, members), ratification of the pieces of association, and until the application for a business license. Cooperative conversion is quite effective based on indicators of achievement of goals, integration, and adaptation.
