Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini secara umum adalah untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi Kurikulum 2013 dalam manajemen pembelajaran mata pelajaran peminatan MIPA di SMA Negeri 1 Muara Pinang. Tujuan khusus dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi Kurikulum 2013 pada mata pelajaran peminatan MIPA dalam : (1) perencanaan pembelajaran; (2) pelaksanaan pembelajaran; (3) penilaian pembelajaran; (4) hambatan yang dialami; dan (5) upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi hambatan yang dialami. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subyek penelitiannya adalah guru kelompok mata pelajaran peminatan MIPA yang mengajar kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Muara Pinang, yakni guru mata pelajaran matematika, biologi, fisika, dan kimia. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Kurikulum 2013 dalam manajemen pembelajaran mata pelajaran peminatan MIPA menggunakan pendekatan saintifik dan penilaian autentik sesuai dengan karakteristik Kurikulum 2013, akan tetapi belum bisa diterapkan sepenuhnya. Guru masih perlu diberikan peningkatan pemahaman Kurikulum 2013 dalam pembelajaran dan pemenuhan media atau sumber belajar oleh pihak sekolah Kata Kunci: Implementasi Kurikulum 2013, Manajemen pembelajaran,                      Mata pelajaran peminatan MIPA

Abstract

Abstract: This research is a descriptive research that aims to know the management of school library in Junior High School 1 and Junior High School 2 Muara Pinang Empat Lawang  regency. This research use qualitative descriptive tecniques. The subject of  this reseach are principal, library managers, teachers and students.The techniques of data collection were observation, interview and documentation. The result of this study indicate that management of library in Junior High School 1 and Junior High School 2 Muara Pinang has been implemented optimally following the national standar of the library although there are still some procedure that the implementation is still not fully followed.Keywords: management, school library, service

Abstract

-  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan pelayanan dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja mengajar guru di SMA Swasta Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian yang dilakukan penulis menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Responden penelitian adalah guru di 17 sekolah menengah atas yang berstatus swasta di Kota Bengkulu sebanyak 48 orang, penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan analisis data dengan model regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa kepemimpinan pelayan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja mengajar guru sekolah menengah atas swasta di Kota Bengkulu. Artinya, semakin tinggi kepemimpinan pelayan maka kinerja mengajar guru akan semakin tinggi. Sebaliknya, semakin rendah kepemimpinan pelayan maka kinerja mengajar guru juga akan semakin rendah. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja mengajar guru sekolah menengah atas swasta di Kota Bengkulu. Artinya, semakin baik budaya organisasi sekolah maka kinerja mengajar guru akan semakin tinggi. Sebaliknya, semakin rendah budaya organisasi sekolah maka kinerja juga akan semakin rendah. kepemimpinan pelayan dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja mengajar guru sekolah menengah atas swasta di Kota Bengkulu. Abstract

The background of this research is that the role of scouting extracurricular at SMAN Surulangun, Musi Rawas Utara district is unknown in developing student attitudes. This research was conducted to know the role of extracurricular scouting at SMAN Surulangun, Musi Rawas Utara district in developing the attitudes of students in grades X, XI, and XII. The research method used is a survey method with exploratory purposes. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire with data analysis techniques using descriptive statistics. The subjects in this study were 37 students at SMAN Surulangun. The results showed that the role of extracurricular scouting in developing the attitudes of SMAN Surulangun students, as many as 17 respondents (46%) were included in the good category and 20 respondents (54%) were included in the very good category. This means that scouting extracurricular activities affect the positive character of students such as the character of discipline, responsibility, independence, and honesty, scouting extracurricular activities has an important role in growing these characters because scouting extracurricular activities are considered interesting activities for students so that through scouting extracurricular activities students can be easily trained and accustomed to discipline, responsibility, independence, and honesty by complying with the established rules.

Abstract

The aims of this training is to implement one of the function of higher education, in the form of writing class action research (CAR) for professional development of teachers in the Freedom Curriculum era, at SMK Negeri 5 Bengkulu City. The training methods used are: (1) detecting teachers' initial understanding of the implementation of classroom action research (CAR) in the framework of professional development in the Merdeka Curriculum era, (2) tutorials, namely providing opportunities for trainees to discuss; (3) lectures, in which the trainer explains to the trainees what and how to prepare CAR; and (4) writing practice, where training participants are invited to write CAR proposals together. The number of training participants was 40 people. The results of the evaluation of the implementation of CAR training showed that the participants had an initial understanding of the implementation of CAR in the framework of professional development in the Freedom Curriculum era. The trainees took good opportunities to discuss and complete tasks during the training. Even so, when participants were asked to prepare CAR proposals, they found errors in substance, language, and procedures that had to be followed.

Abstract

The evaluation carried out on the Utilization of Interactive Multimedia-Based Teaching Materials in student development courses is based on changes in "adaptation to the use of technology 4.0" which tend to change in trend, so this is inline with an interactive learning model, in encouraging student curiosity about knowledge, it becomes important to find out student strategies in using interactive learning media to improve the abilities of these students, the abilities intended include the abilities students use to communicate, both in the form of writing, speech, and the operation of technological devices and applications used. In an effort to reveal the facts from the findings when this research was conducted, the method used in this study was a quantitative method and data analysis techniques in this study the researchers used the CIPP model to evaluate the use of interactive multimedia-based teaching materials with 12 indicators and 53 questions related to utilization interactive multimedia-based teaching materials for early childhood students with an average score of 69%. Declared relevant and can be utilized in learning in early childhood. In its implementation, the samples from this study were tested on a limited scale and also tested on a large scale. For the limited-scale trial, it consisted of two parts of lecturers and one part of the student class, the number of which was randomly sampled, while for the large-scale test, it consisted of two parts of lecturers and two parts of student classes whose numbers were taken randomly. To support the required data iteration, in this study the implementation of collecting data used direct observation and oral tests. The data analysis technique applied uses the average score, percentage and t-test. It was concluded that the development of interactive multimedia-based teaching materials is feasible to use to improve language skills based on limited tests and broad tests. And the development model is effective in improving children's language skills significantly, seen in t_hitung > t_tabel.
