Abstract

The objective of is to describe teacher’s stress, factors, impacts and efforts to overcome. The result of research are: first, teacher’s stress are viewed at low of job satisfaction, performance, zest and energy, communication, making decisions, creativity and innovation, and unproductivetask; second, factors stress are many tasks, limited time, less of widely work, ambiguity function, difference of educational purposes to regional autonomy, roles conflict and fairless career; third, stress impacts disability, late, difficulty in decision, ignoring works, forgets, miscommunication, unhealthy; fourth, efforts to overcome is to increase motivation, underlying works, refreshing, self confidence, always notice activities, avoid conflict, and keep healthy.Keywords: teachers, stress, autonomy
