Abstract

The learning of the table tennis course is a practical course where the characteristics are unique so that mastery of basic techniques is highly dependent on doing more repetitions. The correct movement will appear along with the automation of the motion. The purpose of the research and development of this table tennis throwing device is to (1) develop a table tennis throwing tool for the process of implementing table tennis learning, (2) obtain empirical data about the feasibility of the table tennis throwing tool that has been developed. The ultimate goal of this development research is to produce a product in the form of learning media, namely a table tennis ejection tool that can provide meaningful movement experiences and can help improve basic technical skills to the ability to play table tennis. The method used Research and Development (R&D) methods from Borg and Gall. The research subjects are college students of Sports Education at Universitas Bina Darma. Instrument test used observation and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques were carried out with qualitative and quantitative approaches. This product is produced through the research and development stage. The resulting product is a table tennis ball. Based on the product trial analysis phase, the resulting product answers the needs and becomes a solution for lecturers and students in the implementation of table tennis course learning. Based on the results of validation tests, instrument reliability tests, small group try-out and field try group, this table tennis ejection tool is feasible and can be used in learning table tennis theory and practice courses.

Abstract

The research aims to: 1) develop thematic digital comics for healthy children during the Covid-19 pandemic for learning PJOK for Class V Elementary School students in Palembang, 2) to determine the effectiveness of product implementation. The research method uses quantitative research with the ADDIE development model approach. The research subjects consisted of 1 physical education learning technology expert, 1 learning psychology expert, 3 PJOK teachers and 30 elementary school fifth grade students. Quantitative data were collected through questionnaire instruments and observation guidelines. Data analysis used descriptive quantitative. The results of the research are 1) it has produced a thematic digital comic model for healthy children during the Covid-19 pandemic for Grade V Elementary School Students in Palembang, 2) the percentage of effectiveness is 87.73% so it is very feasible to use. The hope is that it will become an alternative choice of learning media for physical education, sports and health (PJOK)

Abstract

A variety of volleyball smash practice books has been successfully developed for volleyball club coaches in the city of Palembang. The development of a volleyball smash variation practice book for coaches was carried out using the ADDIE model development research method. Data collection techniques using questionnaires while data analysis using quantitative descriptive analysis. The validity of developing a volleyball smash variation practice book for coaches was assessed by five experts consisting of one volleyball learning expert and one language expert, as well as three volleyball coaches. The sample consisted of 20 volleyball club coaches in the city of Palembang who were selected by purposive sampling. The results of the study include: 1) A book on variations of volleyball smash training has been produced for coaches of volleyball clubs in Palembang with the validation results of linguists 91.33% (very worth using), ease of use of the book 93% (very worth using), material suitability 94.67% (very worth using), 2) The implementation results show 93% (very worth using).

Abstract

This study aims to develop a volleyball passing variation book during the special preparation period for volleyball teachers and coaches. This research uses the ADDIE model development research method which consists of 1) Analysis, 2) Design, 3) Development, 4) Implementation, and 5) Evaluation. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data analysis used quantitative descriptive analysis. Product validation was carried out by five experts consisting of one volleyball learning expert, one language expert, 2 volleyball coaches and 1 volleyball extracurricular teacher in high school. The research sample was taken through a purposive sample of 23 people. The results showed that the book of volleyball passing variations in the special preparation period for volleyball teachers and coaches in Palembang has gone through expert validation with the results of the book's grammatical suitability of 89.3% (category very worth using), the ease of using the book is 86.5% (category very worth using), the suitability of the material is 90.3% (category very worth using) and the result of book implementation is 86.5% (category very worth using).

Abstract

The development of various models of massage beds, ranging from simple to new innovations that provide more comfort and facilities that can be adjusted to your needs. The frequently used massage beds have a permanent shape, so they are difficult to carry and move when used. Portable massage beds are designed to make it easier to use from one location to another, save space, and can be adjusted according to the masseur's needs. This research aims to find out the specifications of portable massage bed products that are suitable for masseurs and patients. The sample in this study was a small scale trial of 6 masseurs at the massage clinic at Bina Darma University, Palembang, and subjects for a large scale trial were 10 people consisting of 6 masseurs and 4 patients at the massage clinic at Bina Darma University, Palembang. The stages of model development carried out are the model analysis, design and development (ADD) stages. The instrument used in this research was a questionnaire. The expert validity test results used the Content Validity Index (CVI) and Content Validity Ratio (CVR) with an average CVR value of 0.35. Based on the results of this research, it was found that the development of the portable massage bed model had good product quality as a place for patient massage. Then this model can be tested in the field on either a small or large scale (empirical validation).
