<![CDATA[Kebutuhan informasi menjadi sebuah keharusan bagi sebuah lembaga baik pemerintah ataupun swasta dalam menentukan kebijakan atau tindakan. Kebutuhan informasi tersebut disebkan untuk meningkatkan akurasi atau dampak yang harus dicapai. Dalam bidang pemetaan pasar khususnya di Kota Palembang saat ini masi sangat minim atau dapat dikatakan belum tersedia secara luas yang dapat diakses oleh semua pihak. Sesuai kondisi tersebut maka akses informasi menjadi terhambat terutama dalam bidang pasar yang ada di Kota Palembang. Penghambatan infromasi menyebabkan tidak tersalurkannya bantuan atau kebijakan yang berpihak kepada semua pihak yang terkait dengan pasar. Kondisi tersebut dapat dilihat dalam bidang pembiayaan baik oleh bank maupun perusahaan yang akan menyalurkan dana bantuan berupa CSR. Untuk itu di dalam penelitian ini dilakukan pemodelan sistem informasi pemetaan pasar dengan harapan pihak terkait mendapatkan informasi yang benar. Pemodelan merupakan salah satu mekanisme yang dapat dilakukan untuk menggambarkan sebuah sistem informasi sebelum dilakukan pengembangan. Pemodelan juga dapat menggambarkan cetak biru dari sistem informasi yang akan dikembangkan sehingga memudahkan dalam proses pengembangan itu sendiri. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dalam melakukan pemodelan sistem informasi pemetaan pasar menggunakan unified modeling language (UML) menunjukkan baik pemodelan struktur, pemodelan tingkah laku, dan pemodelan interaksi dapat menggambarkan kebutuhan sistem informasi yang dibuktikan dari hasil prototype sistem infromasi pemetaan pasar yang mampu memberikan infromasi berkaitan dengan keadaan pasar yang ada di Kota Palembang.                                                     Information needs become a necessity for an institution, both government and private agencies in determining policies or actions. The information needs are caused to increase the accuracy or impact that must be achieved. In the field of market mapping, especially in the city of Palembang at present there is still very little or can be said to be not widely available that can be accessed by all parties. According to these conditions, access to information is hampered, especially in the market sector in the city of Palembang. The inhibition of information causes the distribution of aid or policies that are not in favor of all parties related to the market. This condition can be seen in the field of financing both by banks and companies that will channel aid in the form of CSR. For this reason, in this research a market mapping information system modeling is done in the hope that the related parties get the correct information. Modeling is one mechanism that can be done to describe an information system prior to development. Modeling can also illustrate the blueprint of the information system to be developed so as to facilitate the development process itself. From the results of research that has been carried out in modeling market mapping information systems using a unified modeling language (UML), both structural modeling, behavior modeling, and interaction modeling can illustrate the need for information systems as evidenced from the results of a market mapping information system prototype capable of provide information related to market conditions in the city of Palembang.]]>

<![CDATA[Deep learning is a part of machine learning method that uses artificial neural network (ANN). The type of learning in deep learning can be supervised, semi-supervised, and unsupervised [7] . CNN & RNN (Supervised) and RBM & Autoencoder (Unsupervised) are deep learning algorithms. All of the above algorithms have uses in their respective fields, depending on what we want to use them for. One of the most frequently used cases for deep learning is object detection and classification. The Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) algorithm is the most widely used algorithm for object detection cases, one of the reasons because it is supported by Google's Tensorflow framework, but it turns out that there is one object detection algorithm that has a higher level of accuracy and processing speed, namely You Only Look Once (YOLO) which can run on 2 frameworks (Darknet & Darkflow) and is supported by GPU. That's why here the author prefers to do object detection with the You Only Look Once (YOLO) method. The research data with the title Palembang Food Detection Object Using the YOLO (You Only Look Once) Algorithm is a sample photo of food from Google Image. There are 31 types of Palembang specialties, each type consists of approximately 50 to 70 images, so the total images used are from 31 types of Palembang foods, namely 1955 images with jpeg format for training data, and 31 images with jpeg format typical Palembang foods for test data.]]>

<![CDATA[The developing of marketplace makes many changes in commerce. Start from conventional way and now become online shopping. One of the biggest marketplace in Indonesia is Shopee. Due to the massive electronic commerce activity, this study aimed to know the factor that influenced behavioral intention and use behavior of shopee’s user. This study adopted UTAUT 2 model which has seven variables; performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating condition, hedonic motivations, price value and habit also moderated by age, gender and experience. The analysis of the model was conducted by using SEM-PLS method and analysed with SmartPLS 3. The data of this study was collected by using questionnaire and designed only for Shopee user who stayed in Palembang. The result show if behavioral intention influenced by social influence with T value is 1.985, P value is 0.048 and F square is 0.105 and also influenced by habit with T value is 4.755, P value is 0,000 and F square is 0,512 which achieved the standart value in this study. In other side, this study show if use behavioral influenced by facilitating condition with 2.762 T value , 0,006 P value and 0,140 F square.]]>

<![CDATA[Ilmu jaringan komputer mempunyai manajemen yang akan mengatur masalah keamanan, optimasi, dan sumber daya jaringan komputer. Salah satu kegiatan di dalam manajemen adalah pengolahan data sumber daya jaringan komputer, dimana jaringan komputer yang di dilakukan pengolahan data harus tetap terjaga layanan dan kualitasnya. Kantor dinas kebudayaan dan pariwisata provinsi sumatera selatan memiliki banyak data-data yang sangat penting bagi perusahaan, sistem pengolahan data sangatlah penting dengan cara mem-backup data itu sendiri untuk berjaga-jaga apabila terjadi kehilangan data. Oleh sebab itu digunakan network attached storage (NAS) sebagai sistem penyimpanan media eksternal berbasis FreeNAS sehingga memberikan alternatif bagi perusahaan dalam pengolahan data dan sumber daya jaringan komputer. Pembuatan sistem penyimpanan data yang baru melalui beberapa tahap yaitu dalam melakukan penginstalan dalam bentuk virtualisasi menggunakan VirtualBox, kemudian setelah melakukan penginstalan maka tindakan selanjutnya melakukan konfigurasi terhadap Freenas supaya nantinya mendapatkan IP agar bisa masuk kedalam sistem Freenas, konfigurasi yang dilakukan yaitu melakukan setting pada menu ZFS, Change Permission, dan NFS. Setelah melakukan konfigurasi dan mendapatkan IP atau hak akses masuk kedalam sistem Freenas maka sistem yang telah dibuat tadinya akan langsung tampil pada file exploler dengan memasukkan IP yang telah didapatkan sebelumnya, dan telah berhasil dibangun sebuah sistem penyimpanan data sebagai tempat untuk menjaga keamanan data dan back-up data yang berfungsi untuk berjaga-jaga jika terjadinya kehilangan data.]]>

<![CDATA[Information technology is important in organizations so that the goals and expectations of the objectives of implementing IT can be achieved. The tourism office of the city of Palembang is an institution that has used information technology to help the continuity of their work. The tourism office of the city of Palembang has not conducted an audit of improving the security of the existing information system. Therefore, to avoid events that do not require an information security system audit. Cobit 5 framework that can be used as a reference for information system governance to achieve the expected goals. This study only discusses the security management process which includes the DSS05 (Delivery, service, and security) domain by collecting data using a questionnaire. The value of the level of security improvement to be achieved in the security system should reach level 5 and can provide recommendations that will be followed up by the institution to make improvements in the future.]]>

<![CDATA[One of the products of information technology that is common today is the school website. Where the school website is the spearhead for schools in disseminating information to related parties. The most important aspect of a website is the usability aspect because it greatly affects visitor convenience. The use of the website for disseminating information is also used by SMK Negeri Sumsel and the school's main portal on the internet. For that to see the importance of the usability aspect, this study aims to see the level of usability of the SMK Negeri Sumsel website. In measuring the level of usability, usability testing techniques are used with the stages of preparation, selecting respondents, data collection and data analysis. The test results show that the usability aspects on the website such as errors, learnability, memorability and satisfaction get good ratings while the efficiency aspects are not categorized as good.]]>

<![CDATA[Keindahan kota adalah salah satu prioritas pemerintah Kota Palembang dengan kehadiran Departemen Perumahan Umum dan Area Pemukiman yang menangani masalah tersebut. Untuk menciptakan kota yang indah, salah satu faktor utamanya adalah berfungsinya penerangan jalan umum (LPJU). namun masalah yang muncul adalah proses pemeliharaan penerangan jalan yang sering rusak, sehingga mengganggu keindahan kota. Sedangkan masalah ini dapat diatasi dengan melibatkan masyarakat dalam melaporkan kerusakan. untuk itu dalam penelitian ini proses pengembangan aplikasi mobile yang dapat digunakan untuk memberikan laporan kerusakan lampu jalan kepada pemerintah kota. Proses pengembangan aplikasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode prototype yang dimulai dari menentukan kebutuhan, membuat aplikasi prototipe dan mengevaluasi aplikasi. Aplikasi yang dihasilkan memiliki hak akses dari pelapor (komunitas), admin dan teknisi berbasis mobile. ketiga hak akses tersebut terkait dalam proses pelaporan sehingga penanganan kerusakan lampu jalan dapat dilakukan dengan benar. Aplikasi ini juga dapat memudahkan proses pelaporan kerusakan lampu jalan sehingga proses perbaikan dapat segera dilakukan. The beauty of the city is one of the priorities of the city government of Palembang with the presence of the Department of Public Housing and Settlement Areas that handle the problem. To create a beautiful city, one of the main factors is the functioning of public street lighting (LPJU). but the problem that arises is the process of maintaining street lighting that is often damaged, thus disturbing the beauty of the city. While this problem can be overcome by involving the public in reporting damage. for that in this research the process of developing a mobile application that can be used to provide road lamp damage reports to the city government. The application development process is carried out using a prototype method that starts from determining needs, making prototype applications and evaluating applications. The resulting application has access rights from the reporter (community), admin and mobile-based technician. the three access rights are related in the reporting process so that the handling of damage to streetlights can be done properly. This application can also facilitate the process of reporting streetlamp damage so that the repair process can be done immediately]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sistem informasi layanan surat internal dan eksternal serta hambatan-hambatannya yang di dirancang menggunakan web dengan bahasa pemrograman php. Namun dalam hal ini pelaksanaan Sistem informasi surat menyurat di pemerintah kabupaten empat lawang masih mengalami beberapa kendala, seperti dalam hal layanan surat masuk maupun surat keluar. Oleh sebab itu, maka dikembangkanlah sistem informasi surat menyurat tersebut dengan tujuan untuk membantu proses layanan surat internal dan eksternal sehingga dapat mempercepat pekerjaan. Dalam penelitian ini metode pengembangan menggunakan metode prototipe, serta alat bantu yang digunakan adalah UML (Unified Model Language). Sedangkan pembuatan aplikasinya sendiri menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) dengan MySQL untuk pengolahan databasenya, Perancangan sistem ini memiliki komponen seperti klasifikasi surat, data surat masuk, data surat keluar dan agenda sistem pengarsipan, sistem ini membuat solusi lebih cepat dalam proses persuratan dan pengarsipan yang dilakukan secara konvensional.
