Abstract

This article offers a project-based model of mid-term assessment for junior high school grade seven. The model was proposed to help English teachers in assessing their students‟ learning process and learning results according to Curriculum 2013. English teachers still find difficulty creating an authentic and holistic assessment due to the time limitation. The research questions are first, whatthe model of project-based mid-term assessment of English at the junior high school grade 7 look likes and second, how the project-based mid-term assessment support teachers to conduct mid-term assessment.Thisis R D research, which has two goals: the research goal and project goal. First, the research goal is to present the iconic model version of authentic mid-term assessment of English learning. The project goal is to develop the authentic mid-term assessment of English learning for junior high school students and to understand the teachers‟ perceptions of this assessment. The results of the pilot study showed that this model was authentic and holistic. However the proposed model still needs revisions in order to become more effective in assessing students‟ learning process.

Abstract

Pemilik kursus mengemudi menghadapi tantangan signifikan dalam mengelola bisnisnya karena keterbatasan proses manual. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, sebuah penelitian telah dilakukan untuk mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Kursus Mengemudi Berbasis Website. Sistem ini bertujuan membantu pemilik dalam mengelola proses bisnis secara efisien, termasuk manajemen karyawan, kepuasan anggota, dan pemantauan arus kas. Dengan fokus pada otomatisasi penyimpanan data peserta, sistem ini berhasil mengatasi masalah yang timbul akibat kesalahan manusia dan waktu yang terbuang. Respons positif diterima terkait administrasi konsumen, ketersediaan informasi kursus, kemudahan pencarian data, serta laporan arus kas. Selain itu, pemantauan kinerja instruktur terhadap anggota juga berhasil ditingkatkan. Dengan demikian, sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan kenyamanan, memberikan solusi terhadap keterbatasan ruang dan alat, serta meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen dalam pengelolaan kursus mengemudi. Driving course owners face significant challenges in managing their business due to limited manual processes. To overcome this problem, a research has been carried out to develop a Website-Based Driving Course Management Information System. This system aims to help owners manage business processes efficiently, including employee management, member satisfaction and cash flow monitoring. By focusing on automating participant data storage, this system successfully overcomes problems that arise due to human error and wasted time. Positive responses were received regarding consumer administration, availability of course information, ease of searching data, and cash flow reports. Apart from that, monitoring of instructor performance towards members has also been successfully improved. Thus, this system is expected to increase efficiency and comfort, provide solutions to limited space and equipment, and increase consumer satisfaction in managing driving courses.
