Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan 1) Untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Stres Kerja terhadap Turnover Intention pada Dosen dan Karyawan Universitas KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah Jombang 2) Untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Turnover Intention pada Dosen dan Karyawan Universitas KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah Jombang 3) Untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Turnover Intention pada Dosen dan Karyawan Universitas KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah Jombang dan 4) Untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Stres Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasi secara simultan terhadap Turnover Intention pada Dosen dan Karyawan Universitas KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah Jombang. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan sekunder yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang diisi oleh responden dan wawancara dengan responden yaitu dosen dan karyawan Universitas KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah Jombang yang berjumlah 57 orang. Teknik penarikan sampelnya adalah Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling dan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mendatangi langsung para responden untuk mengisi kuesioner penelitian. Analisa data dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan pengujian hipotesis dengan uji t dan uji f. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Stres Kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap Turnover Intention Dosen dan Karyawan Universitas KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah Jombang 2) Kepuasan Kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap Turnover Intention Dosen dan Karyawan Universitas KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah Jombang 3) Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh terhadap Turnover Intention Dosen dan Karyawan Universitas KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah Jombang dan 4) Stress Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh secara bersama-sama (simultan) terhadap variabel Turnover Intention Dosen dan Karyawan Universitas KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah Jombang.

Abstract

The aims of this study are: 1) Analyzing attitudes towards organizational citizenship behavior. 2) Analyzing the influence of personality on organizational citizenship behavior. 3) Analyzing the influence of attitudes on employee performance. 4) Analyzing the influence of personality on employee performance. 5) Analyzing the effect of employee performance on organizational citizenship behavior. 6) Analyzing the influence of attitudes indirectly on employee performance through organizational citizenship behavior. 7) Analyzing the influence of personality indirectly on employee performance through organizational citizenship behavior. The population in this study were all 38 employees of the Rijan Mart Islamic Boarding School Riyadlul Jannah Pacet business unit, Mojokerto. The sampling method used the census technique, the data analysis used the help of SPSS version 20 to test the validity with factor analysis, and test reliability with Cronbach. Classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis, to verify and prove the research hypothesis. From the results of the study, it can be concluded as follows: 1) 1. Attitude has no effect on organizational citizenship behavior 2) Personality has no effect on organizational citizenship behavior 3) Attitude has a significant effect on employee performance 4) Personality has a significant effect on employee performance 5) Organizational citizenship behavior has an effect significant effect on employee performance 6) Attitude has an indirect effect on employee performance through organizational citizenship behavior 7) Personality has an indirect effect on employee performance through organizational citizenship behavior

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of briefly answering the “entrevior au travers” concrete steps of management agents shown by Islamic sharia on psychological reactance to handling the impact of Covid-19 from a sharia economic perspective. This study uses a qualitative descriptive analytical approach. The data were collected using literature study techniques and documentation studies. Its features include a glossary, references, website, source notes, and indexes. The data were analyzed using qualitative analysis approaches and techniques. The results of this study conclude: 1) The study of dialogue between religion and psychology, although it is difficult because psychologists often do not have a strong understanding of religious traditions, this pandime becomes a moment to understand the basic problems and materials to link religion with psychology. 2) Longitudinal and cross-sectional studies should seek common ground that supports the theory of a better spirituality - physical health - mental correlation through religious implementation. 3) Religion teaches a positive impact on mental health through religious activities on health measures, social support, and increases self-efficacy and cohesion.

Abstract

The application of Islamic Shari'a in Mojokerto has developed a new paradigm regarding the application of law, including muamalah which causes the application of sharia principles in marketing to also be an interesting matter to study. This study aims to analyze the implementation of sharia marketing at the Butik Maura Pacet Mojokerto. Marketing mix variables consist of product, price, promotion and distribution, as well as SWOT variables. The method used is qualitative descriptive analysis approach. Sources of data obtained by observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the marketing mix has been carried out properly and in accordance with sharia principles, and there are no elements that deviate from Islamic law in the marketing process according to the example of the Prophet.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Islamic values-based market orientation and the integration of Islamic values ??into market orientation on the marketing performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Lamongan Regency. The study employed a quantitative approach with an explanatory design. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire from 100 MSMEs selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using linear regression analysis to test the causal relationship between the research variables. The results showed that a market orientation based on Islamic values ??had a positive and significant effect on the marketing performance of MSMEs. The application of Sharia principles, such as honesty, fairness, trustworthiness, and responsibility in marketing activities, has been shown to increase consumer trust and loyalty, thus improving marketing performance. Furthermore, the integration of Islamic values ??into market orientation, reflected in product information transparency, adherence to halal and ?ayyib principles, and ethical business competition, has been shown to strengthen the competitiveness and sustainability of MSMEs. These findings confirm that Islamic values ??serve not only as normative guidelines but also have strategic implications for improving MSME marketing effectiveness. This research provides theoretical contributions in the development of market orientation studies from an Islamic economic perspective as well as practical implications for MSMEs and policy makers in formulating ethical, competitive, and sustainable marketing strategies.
