Abstract

This study aims to determine whether working hours, age, work experience partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on the level of income of conventional motorcycle taxi Ojeks at Taspen Motorcycle Base The analytical tool used is Multiple Linear Regression which aims to determine whether working hours, age, work experience partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on the level of income of conventional motorcycle taxi Ojeks at Taspen Motorcycle Base. With the results of the study stating that working hours variables have a positive and significant effect on income variables. Age variables have a negative and not significant effect on income. Variable work experience has a positive and not significant effect on income.

Abstract

Abstract :This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of factors of production capital and labor to the production of tile and efficiency of the production of tiles in the village Urek-urek Gondanglegi District of Malang. This study uses variables consisting of capital and labor. The the sampling technique used is Simple Random Sampling. Data collected with secondary data and primary. The analysis use are the assumptions of classical, the analysis of the regression of the liniear risk using the production Coob-Douglas, the statistics analysis and effeciency of the production of tiles. The test results of a partial to show that labor have a significant effect on the tiles. The capital didn’t have a significant effect on the tiles. Then the results of the efficiency of business production obtained figures of 2,312 the meaning of the business plate is an efficient.Keywords:Captial, Labor, Production Results, Business efficiency.

Abstract

The study aims to 1) determine the income level of tempe producers in the use of production factors in Probolinggo District 2) to assess the level of economic efficiency of tempe producers in the use of production factors in Probolinggo Regency. The type of research that does this is survey research. In this study the population of the home industry owner was 11 respondents. Data collected later tabulated then analyzed descriptively and inferentially so that the objectives and research conducted were achieved. The results of the analysis can be seen that the income level of tempe producers in the use of production factors in Probolinggo Regency shows that the highest level of acceptance of tempe producers is Rp. 796,000, - while the lowest is Rp. 660,000, -. Overall the amount of income obtained by craftsmen is Rp. 7,782,000, - with an average value of Rp. 707,454.5. The results of the analysis of the level of economic efficiency of tempe producers in the use of production factors in Probolinggo Regency can be seen that the R / C value ≥ 1, means that the tempe home industry is run efficiently or profitably, this is indicated by the highest efficiency value of 1.520548 and the lowest 1.169728.

Abstract

Economic growth should be directed in order to increase incomes and overcome economic disparities and social inequalities and also supported by an increase in productivity and efficiency and quality of human resources. Batik industry is one branch of the clothing and leather industry. One of the branches would observed by the author is a small batik industry, because batik is a traditional folk craft, which is one characteristic of Indonesian country and leather clothing industry branches that have a level of development prospective. This study aims to find out the factors wich affect the income of Small Batik Industry at West Pakandangan Village. Bluto sub district, Sumenep districts This study uses multiple linier regression analysis with primary data. The result show that the variable of capital (X1)significant positive effect of  0,000, labor (X2) significant positive effect of 0,001, total production (X3) significant positive effect of 0,055 and pattern share(X4) significant positive effect of 0,000 has simultaneously positive effect and significant to income. For individual, capital variable has no effect and significant at the income of Small Batik Industry at West Pakandangan Village. Bluto sub district, Sumenep districts

Abstract

The background of this research is that there is a gap between regions that is a serious problem, the gap affects the income of artisans in sukarara village with modern retail entrepreneurs. Based on the background of this research, the purpose of this research is to know the characteristics of weaving entrepreneurs and to know if there are differences in the income of weaving craftsmen before and after the arrival of modern retail in Sukarara Village Jonggat District central Lombok Regency. main objective of this study is to analyze the characteristics and the effect of the modern retail market on the difference of income level to weave production in Sukarara Village, Lombok Tengah Regency in one month. The method in this research is quantitative descriptive, that is analyzed of the different test (t-test) using the SPSS application. The data used are primary, primary data obtained through field interviews directly to weaving craftsmen on Sukarara Village. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that there are significant income differences obtained by weaving entrepreneurs after and before the existence of modern weaving retail. Changes in income in the form of a decrease in income occur on average by Rp. 1,775,862 of all respondents.
