Abstract

This research aimed to analys factors motivation, work-environment,discipline and its impact to work-performance of part-time teacher inregion Tangerang. There are some assumptions in around thecondidition, one of them is compensation package that below than basicsalary standrard. Beside it, there are some assumes tht value andamount wil equel to quality, performance and spirit to motivate ofteachers. As pre-assumption, motivation of teacher was had tocontribute for assesment of professional performance of teacher andfinally will point to wages and teachers welfare. In this research,analysis technique by using multi-rergession analysis, hypothesis analysisby using t-test and f-test. In additional, this research using classicalassumptiontest where include normality test, auto-correlation test,hetereo-schedashticity, multi-coliniearity test. The result of researchshown that motivation, work-environtment and discipline have significantimpact to work-performance of teacher.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the enactment of BI regulation No.19 / 12 / PBI / 2017 by Financial Services Authority (OJK) in Indonesia has an impact on the performance of banks, especially rural banks(RCB). This’s because RCBare still bound by OJK regulations in lending with a loan mechanism requirements that are quite burdensome customers. The populationused in this study is the RCBin Banten Provincethat registered by OJKfor 2014 -2018, the sampling method used is non probability sampling, the data analysis technique uses Comparative Analysis with descriptive quantitative approach, with the help of eview .9. the results are that for the year prior to the enactment of Bank of Indonesia regulation No. 19/12 / PBI / 2017 the variable lending and capital raising has a significant negative effect on the quality of productive assets, while for theFunding variable has no effect.

Abstract

Along by the development of information technology have been stimulated change of customers behavior and this encourages the development of virtual transaction service platforms. Nowadays, customer habits that are formed from lifestyle and encouragement of trust in digital transactions cause people to prefer to transact using online applications, especially in using online taxi services. In addition to being simple, safe, and practical, the selling prices offered are more competitive prefer to offered by conventional companies. Gojek Indonesia is one of Super Apps that famous in Indonesia with sub-brand GoCar. The research was purposed of analyzing the lifestyle and trust of customers and their relationship on decisions to use online taxi services by case study on users of Gojek (GoCar). The research method used is a quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the study indicate that lifestyle and trust significantly affect the decision to order taxi online on Gojek (GoCar). Thus encouraging an increase in the value of online taxi booking decisions and the higher the value of lifestyle and trust, the higher the decision. Ordering taxi services online.

Abstract

This community service (PKM) shall focus on the economic affair, these are: first, aloe vera products processing such are hand-sanitizer and smoothing gel. Second, the management aspect by mentoring on packaging technique, market penetration, and business management. This activity introduced unassuming technologies such as automatic mixers, cookers, ordinary chemical compounds, and also digital business instruments. The program partner involved is the public unit Kampong Pancasila which was founded by Mrs. Hj. Muriah together with the PKM-UMT team. As long as, Mrs, Hj Muriah has been successful in developing the local aloe vera variety so that has owned the highest quality and has got worthiness to production. This program was conducted by using methods: a. Dialogue with the partner, b. workshop, c. Focus group Discussion (FGD), d. Program initiation, e. Activity method design, f. monitoring, and evaluation. Outcomes of this activity are management to the program partner and development to localSME based on aloe vera product processing such are hand-sanitizer and smoothing gel. Therefore, the program partner and local society could be developed economic resilience and increase the prosperity of the local society. Keywords: Communit
