Abstract

Abstract

The writing of this paper aims to find out the influence of organizational role and motivation on employee performance. Thewriting of this paper uses the literature review method (research library). From the discussion, it can be concluded thatculture is the implementation of attitudes or combinations of values instilled by the company in order to achieve thecompany's goals. Organizational culture and employees become important criteria in determining the growth and success ofa company. The existence of a good organizational culture can improve employee performance. In addition to organizationalculture, performance is also influenced by employee motivation. Employees who are highly motivated in work will providegood work achievements, while for employees who have low motivation will not give achievements as good as employeeswho have high motivation. All of that is reflected through the attitude of employees in the face of their work, among otherscharacterized by a decrease in work spirit, quickly boredom, frequent absence, late arrival and so on that ultimately all havean impact on the decrease in employee performance.

Abstract

Village development is slowly progressing little by little but even so there are still some damaged roads on the area toagriculture and uneven construction of residential roads. In the management of Village Finance, it is also necessary to knowthe village apparatus, Transparency, and Community Participation to support the growth of village development to achieve aprosperous and developing village. Infrastructure development of the road to agricultural areas must also be consideredbecause the majority of beringin village people are farming, if the road to agricultural area is damaged it will be difficult for thecommunity to be able to carry out their agricultural activities and it will also be more difficult if the harvest season arrives. Ifthe agricultural area road is not immediately repaired, of course, many people will complain and have difficulty in transportingtheir crops because the purpose of village development is one of them to meet the needs and prosper the community. Thestage in village development includes planning, implementation, and supervision. The implementation of village developmentis carried out by promoting togetherness, family, and unity to realize peace and social justice. In order for villagedevelopment to run well and produce, then village development must be planned, coordinated, time-limited, and inaccordance with the typical conditions of the community and the village area concerned and the active role of the community,village devices, village institutions, institutions at the subdistrict and district level.

Abstract

Setiap mahasiswa atau pemuda/pemudi di masyarakat, harus memiliki minat berwirausaha dan ketertarikan untuk membekali diri yang siap diterapkan setelah lulus kelak. Pengabdian ini untuk mengetahui cara meningkatkan minat berwirausaha pemuda/pemudi Kecamatan Dolok Panribuan Kabupaten Simalungun. Ada beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi minat seseorang dalam berwirausaha yaitu 1. Berawal dari apa yang terjadi pada diri sendiri, 2. Berdasarkaan kesukaan 3. Melalui pengamatan yang berulang-ulang, 4. Melalui kegiatan sehari-hari, 5. Ditemukan karna dasar ketidaksengajaan. Hasilnya, bahwa materi pengabdian sangat membantu dalam peningkatan minat berwirausaha. Dari hasil pengabdian ini diharapkan nantinya akan ada tindak lanjut. Dari hasil yang di dapat bahwa pentingnya wirausahwan di pengaruhi oleh motivasi yang besar untuk pemuda/pemudi yang ada di Kecamatan Dolok Panribuan Kabupaten Simalungun.
