Abstract

The growth of bakeries in Padangsidimpuan is exploding, the bakery business is one of the potential businesses. This studyexamines how consumer buying interest is shopping at Reza Bakery, based on the taste of the bread sold, consumerperceptions of the price given, and the quality of service provided by Reza Bakery. In this study, the samples used wereconsumers who had shopped over two times at Reza Bakery. The results indicate that the better the response of consumersto the taste of bread sold by Reza Bakery, the better the consumer’s perception of the price of bread sold and the quality ofservice provided to consumers the better it will increase consumer buying interest to buy bread at Reza Bakery.
