Abstract

Community service activity aims to increase the understanding of the people of Gayaman Village and to change behavior regarding early detection of cervical cancer and breast cancer. The method used is health education, discussions, questions and answers. The material given to mothers of childbearing age is about early detection of breast cancer with BSE and early detection of cervical cancer by IVA examination. This activity was attended by 20 women of childbearing age in Gayaman Village, Mojoanyar District in March - June 2020. The results obtained were that the participants were enthusiastic about the education and counseling that had been carried out supported by significant results, where 90% of the participants understood and were able to practice early detection of BSE examination. This activity should be carried out regularly and continuously so that mothers of childbearing age can increase knowledge and increase the coverage of early screening for cervical cancer and breast cancer.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to increase the knowledge of pregnant women about Ante Natal Care (ANC) in the new normal era in Gayaman Village, Mojoanyar District. The method used is a lecture and the measuring instrument used is a questionnaire. The material given to pregnant women is about Ante Natal Care (ANC). This activity was attended by 31 pregnant women in Gayaman Village, Mojoanyar District in March 2021–July 2021. The results obtained were 100% of the participants had good knowledge about knowledge of pregnant women about ANC during this pandemic. Pregnant women and health workers should strictly maintain health protocols during ANC checks during this pandemic to avoid the dangers of covid 19.

Abstract

This community service aims to monitor the growth and development of pre school children at PAUD Tarbiyatussibyan. The method used is a lecture and measuring growth and development. Monitoring and measurement of growth and development was carried out on 30 children in September-Nopember 2021. The results obtained were 100% of the participants had normal growth and development. Monitoring of growth and development should be done regularly at least once every 3 months as an effort to detect early developmental delays in pre-school children.

Abstract

Antenatal care (antenatal care) is very important to be known by pregnant women because it can help reduce maternal and infant mortality. The preliminary study on BPS dilaksaakan Ny. “F”, Gayaman Village Subdistrict Mojoanyar Mojokerto 8 pregnant women (80%) did not perform as scheduled prenatal visit ANC and 2 pregnant women (20%) ANC visit schedule regularity ANC. The purpose of the study to determine the factors underlying the ANC in pregnant women. Type a descriptive study. Variable factors behind research ANC. Population of 35 respondents. Sampling technique that uses sampling and a total sample of 35 respondents. The experiment was conducted in BPS NY “F” on 28 January to 04 February 2021, using a questionnaire. Data collection techniques using the editing, coding, scoring, data entry, cleaning and presentation of data. Based on the results, the majority of respondents multigravida total of 19 respondents (54.3%), less than half of the respondents have socioeconomic Rp. 1.071 million by 14 respondents (40%), less than half of the respondents are knowledgeable enough about the positive attitude about the ANC were 21 respondents (60%). Different causes of maternal antenatal care because of parity, socio-economic, maternal knowledge and attitudes about the ANC. Pregnant women with better knowledge, more frequent antenatal visits than pregnant women with less knowledge. The conclusions in this study parity, socioeconomic, knowledge and sikap mother affects mothers in ANC visit. Therefore health workers to provide counseling to pregnant women about the importance of antenatal care through public lectures and interviews with clients, by communicating health messages are organized by the department of health through health centers.
