Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan pada kabupaten Banyumas dengan objek rumah sakit swasta dan pemerintah yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan membuktikan pengaruh budaya organisasi, inovasi manajemen, dan pengendalian internal terhadap efektivitas implementasi total performance scorecard dalam meningkatkan kinerja rumah sakit, serta menguji implementasikan total performance scorecard untuk mengukur tingkat perbedaan kinerja rumah sakit swasta dan pemerintah. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi dan kuesioner. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan dua teknik analisis, yaitu analisis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode analisis kuantitatif (analisis utama), dan analisis kualitatif deskriptif (analisis tambahan). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; 1) Implementasi total performance scorecard berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kinerja rumah sakit, 2) Budaya organisasi, inovasi manajemen, dan pengendalian internal berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas implementasi total performance scorecard dalam meningkatkan kinerja rumah sakit, 3) Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara implementasi total performance scorecard dalam mengukur kinerja pada rumah sakit pemerintah dan rumah sakit swasta Kata Kunci: total performance scorecard, budaya organisasi, inovasi manajemen, pengendalian internal, dan kinerja rumah sakit ABSTRACT This research was carried out in Banyumas with private and government hospitals as the objects. The results showed that: 1) the implementation of total performance scorecard effects on improving hospital performance, 2) Organizational culture, innovation management, and internal control affect to the effectiveness of the implementation of total performance scorecard in improving hospital performance, 3) There are significant differences between the implementation of total performance scorecard in measuring performance in private and government hospitals. Abstract

BPJS Ketenagakerjaan added a biometric system to the data update application feature to ensure access security. However, this has raised new discomfort from participants. Participants must come to the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan branch office if there are repeated errors in the system. The purpose of this study is to optimize the biometric authentication system for updating data. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. The PIECES framework is used as a tool to analyze the biometric authentication system. Interviews, observations, and literature studies are used in data collection. Data triangulation is used to obtain appropriate conclusions and suggestions. The result show that the biometric authentication system is used to update data on the old-age security program. Face recognition is being used in biometric authentication. If the participant fails thrice in the authentication process, they must come to the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan branch office to reopen their authentication access. Optimization can be done by adding variations of biometric authentication such as fingerprints and irises, and automatically re-granting access after a 60-second cooldown without coming to the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan office.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Governance (GV) on Organizational Performance (FP) with the mediation of Competitive Advantage (CA). The analysis method used is the SEM-PLS approach with SmartPLS 4 software. The primary data was collected through questionnaires with a Village-Owned Enterprises (BUM Desa) population in East Java, Indonesia. The sample used in the analysis was 80 BUM Desa managers. The results show that competitive advantage partially mediates the relationship between governance and BUM Desa performance. The implication of this study is the importance of improving governance to strengthen competitive advantage, which in turn will improve the organizational performance of BUM Desa. This research also provides insights for decision-makers to formulate more effective strategies for managing BUM Desa.
