Abstract

Human Resources Management is an important instrument for a company in achieving its goals. The use of an integrated information system is an important element for managing business processes in company management. ERP is an integrated information system that is meant in an effort to improve company quality. Especially for online news companies, conventional business process management can affect the quality of performance of the company itself. Focusing on the HRM of the company Berita Online, the study discusses the implementation of human resource management business processes using ERP software, namely Odoo. The research was conducted by analyzing existing business processes and then designing an integrated proposal system and then implementing it into Odoo. The modeling system is designed to optimize data management which is still being processed conventionally. Optimization in every business process improves the quality of security by setting user access rights and the accuracy of data obtained by real-time data transactions, as well as time efficiency, namely reducing the time duration required for recording and storing documents compared to manually.

Appropriate technology is technology that is in accordance with the conditions in which technology is used and applied both from a social, economic and cultural perspective, so that users can easily participate and can fulfill their needs effectively and efficiently. Kota Besi Subdistrict Public Transport, has excellent products. As for some products from SMEs in Kota Besi Subdistrict, among others, catfish, catfish and others. In running its business, Kota Besi Subdistrict MSMEs in collaboration with local Fish Farming have several obstacles including the slow marketing of MSME products due to a lack of promotional media and limited marketing areas and the Kota Besi District UMKM products themselves are not well known by the community, causing products to sell slowly, Therefore, to overcome the above problems by creating an internet site, the manager can arrange up to date promotions according to the types of products and prices on the market and can adjust to consumer needs. By utilizing information technology, it can make it easier for consumers to choose and order products by looking directly at the type, weight and price of the product according to their needs without having to come to the location

Abstract

Performance is a result achieved by a person in carrying out the tasks assigned to him in terms of quality and quantity in work. To improve the performance of journalists, it is necessary to make efforts so that journalists still have high morale in carrying out their duties. The Balance Scorecard can be used more than just as a measurement system but also to communicate new strategies and align the company to those new strategies. Currently, in the arena of increasingly fierce and competitive business competition, companies are required to sharpen their direction and strategy in an integrated manner so that the company's vision and mission can be realized. However, the process of transforming the company's vision into reality is not easy to implement, it requires a comprehensive performance system that is useful for all elements in the company with the aim of translating the vision and mission into a clear program so that it can be carried out effectively. The Balance Scorecard system is an interesting solution to be applied in an era of continuous transformation, because the system as a whole sees four perspectives, namely: a financial perspective, a customer perspective, an internal business process perspective, and a growth and learning perspective. As a measurement system related to strategy, the four perspectives must present linkages and synergistic relationships as a strategic unit in an effort to achieve long-term goals.
