Abstract

At this time electrical energy is needed in terms of helping humans in carrying out their activities both in doing their daily work. In this case, it is impossible for there to be problems in periodic blackouts to save electricity resources carried out by PLN and to disrupt all human activities starting from the tools that require electrical energy. For this reason, it is necessary to anticipate by making an inverter which aims to make all the activities they do using electrical energy are not disturbed. This tool is assisted by using Arduino Uno as the main ingredient which later DC electrical energy, namely the battery, will convert electrical energy that we usually use AC electrical energy

Abstract

Before performing prayers, Muslims must first take ablution water. So far, the provision of ablution water from mosques and prayer rooms is almost 100% using a faucet that is turned manually, sometimes it is troublesome and water is often wasted (wasteful). Therefore, the purpose of this research is to build a prototype automatic ablution water controller in the form of developing a system with an Arduino-based ultrasonic sensor. The tool that is built based on the prototype will be able to issue ablution water automatically and stop automatically, depending on the limb that is brought close to the end of the pipe that will discharge the water. This monitoring works by using an ultrasonic sensor, where the object under the sensor becomes the input. The ultrasonic sensor will be connected to the Arduino microcontroller which is useful for running this system, which provides information on the relay to activate the mini water pump and release water. So it can be concluded that this system is able to help control the use of ablution water to be more efficient.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the management of the allocation of village funds in physical development in the village of Siborna, Panei Subdistrict, Simalungun Regency and to identify inhibiting factors and supporting factors in managing village fund allocation. The focus of this research is the management of village fund allocations which include: planning, implementation. The determination of the allocation of village funds will later use the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method with 4 criteria including: villagers, rural poor, village area and Village Geographical Difficulty Index. Alternative Samples in this study were 4 villages, including the villages of Sosor Hamlet, Simpang Bahbirong Hamlet, Hutabagasan Hamlet and Kebun Sayur Hamlet. The results of this study using the AHP method obtained by the Village of Vegetable Farm Village is an alternative with the highest value that is eligible to get a village fund allocation from the government with a value of 3,0000

Abstract

The study aimed to analyze rubber plant diseases using expert system techniques. Sources of data obtained from PT. Bridgestone Jl. Dolok Merangir Satu, Simalungun Regency by conducting observations and interviews with PT. Bridgestone. The presence of several diseases in rubber plants can make PT. Bridgestone incurs losses, so it needs proper handling. The solution given is the Forward Chaining (FC) method, which is part of an expert system so that a more efficient solution is to detect diseases in rubber plants. The results of the study indicate that the analysis can be carried out using the FC method in the diagnosis of rubber plants by implementing it into a web-based programming language so that the company can detect rubber plant diseases based on the symptoms given and find out solutions to overcome diseases in rubber plants.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Academic Information System services on student satisfaction so that students who are academics do not feel disappointed with services related to Academic Information Systems. Measurement of Student satisfaction related to campus Information System services is rarely done so that the level of student satisfaction is unknown. By knowing the level of student satisfaction, the College can improve the service if it is not good and further improve the service if the level of satisfaction is good. This study measures the level of student satisfaction with the services of the Academic section at STIKOM Tunas Bangsa. The method used in this study is C4.5 Algorithm, where the data source used uses a questionnaire / questionnaire technique that is given to students randomly in the STIKOM Tunas Bangsa Pematangsiantar environment. Data validity is done with internal validity. The variables used include (1) System Quality, (2) Information Quality, (3) Service Quality, and (4) Performance Expectations. It is expected that the results of this research can be applied to improve the Academic Information System service so that the existing system can run better
