Abstract

This research attempts to describe and analyze the effect of public-private partnerships and community participation on successful of the implementation of Gerbangmastra program in Kolaka regency of South East Sulawesi Province. This study is conducted using a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods. This paper finds that public-private partnerships affect the community participation and successful of the implementation of Gerbangmastra program. It also uncovers that community participation affects the successful of the implementation of Gerbangmastra program. Furthermore, it reveals that the implementation of public-private partnership that are supported by community participation have an impact on the successful of the implementation of Gerbangmastra program.Keywords: Public-private partnerships, community participation, Gerbangmastra programJEL classifications: H80, O21.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pengaruh kemitraan pemerintah-swasta dan partisipasi dari masyarakat terhadap keberhasilan pelaksanaan program Gerbangmastra di Kabupaten Kolaka Propinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan kombinasi metode kuantitatif yaitu metode regresi analisis jalur dan kualitatif berupa metode deskriptif analitik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemitraan antara pemerintah-swasta memiliki pengaruh terhadap partisipasi masyarakat dan keberhasilan pelaksanaan program Gerbangmastra. Sementara itu partisipasi dari masyarakat berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan pelaksanaan program Gerbangmastra. Pelaksanaan kemitraan pemerintah-swasta yang didukung oleh partisipasi masyarakat berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan pelaksanaan program Gerbangmastra di daerah tersebut.Kata kunci: Kemitraan pemerintah-swasta, partisipasi masyarakat, program GerbangmastraJEL classifications: H80, O21.

Abstract

Meskipun tanggung jawab dalam membangun masyarakat sebenarnya berada di tangan pemerintah, industri, dan masyarakat, sangat jelas bahwa tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan (CSR) memiliki dukungan besar untuk pengembangan ekonomi masyarakat. Sayangnya, program CSR ini kerap dilihat sebagai program pencitraan semata. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengamati dan mengidentifikasi praktik-praktik CSR enam perusahaan yang berbeda yang perlu disinkronkan dengan program pemerintah dalam mengembangkan ekonomi kreatif nasional. Penelitian difokuskan pada sejauh mana program CSR mampu mendukung pengembangan ekonomi kreatif khususnya di sektor media, desain, ilmu pengetahuan, dan teknologi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan tiga metode yang berbeda. Analisis isi digunakan untuk mengamati laporan tahunan enam perusahaan, sementara survei dan etnografi dimaksudkan untuk mengobservasi kesesuaian pelaksanaan CSR dengan harapan masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program CSR yang terkait dengan media, desain, ilmu pengetahuan, dan sektor teknologi belum diprioritaskan. Temuan lain juga menunjukkan bahwa kepedulian korporasi terhadap pengembangan media, desain, ilmu pengetahuan, dan teknologi perlu lebih ditingkatkan. Kata kunci: tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan, desain, ilmu pengetahuan, ekonomi kreatif

Abstract

This study examines the relationship of local television news agenda in Southeast Sulawesi with a public agenda related to issues of development and test variables or factors that strengthen the relationship between the media agenda to the public agenda in the Southeast. This research is a kind of explanation to the agenda that analyze media content analysis and public agenda with the survey method. This research was conducted in TVRI Stasiun Sulawesi Tenggara and Southeast Sulawesi provincial public with a population of about 1866 TVRI Stasiun Sulawesi Tenggara news items, and the public population as much as 260.867 persons. Samples totaling 584 items of news media and the public sample totaled 65 respondents taken by purposive sampling. Collecting data using the media agenda coding sheet and variables influence the public agenda using a questionnaire with data analysis using statistical test of correlation. Statistical test results Nonparametric Spearman Rho's models showed that TVRI Stasiun Sulawesi Tenggara agenda not significantly associated with a public agenda Southeast Sulawesi Province. Variables that influence is the level of use and the level of media interest in the issue. A high level of media usage, affect the relationship between the media agenda and the public agenda in the 0.05 at 0883 values (p> 0.05), as well as a high level of interest issues, affect the relationship between the media agenda and the public agenda at the 0.05 significance with a value of 0857 (p > 0.05). Thus the need to improve pemberitakan issues that interest and needs of the public so that the public can increase the use of the media by the public so as to enhance the relationship between the media agenda and the public agenda.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the usage of digital applications for educational purposes produced in Indonesia and containing Islamic messages in order to improve family communication. This study used a descriptive qualitative method and considered Educa Studio and Solite Kids applications as research objects. The results of this research state that these two digital applications provide benefits for intensifying communication among family members, between parents and children in particular. In addition, the Islamic content within educational games in both the Educa Studio and Solite Kids applications is a means of spreading Islamic values from an early age. In short, through these digital applications, the intensity of interaction between children and parents can prevent children's accessibility to negative media contents that are not in accordance with Islamic religious values.
