Abstract

Sekolah merupakan tempat pembelajaran, tetapi juga sebagai tempat yang dapat mengancam terjadinya penularan penyakit jika tidak dikelola dengan baik. Usia sekolah dasar merupakan usia yang rawan untuk terserang berbagai penyakit. Penyakit yang sering muncul pada anak usia sekolah umumnya terkait dengan Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS). Masalah ini dapat diatasi dengan memaksimalkan fungsi UKS (Usaha Kesehatan Sekolah). Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian adalah sarana meningkatkan wawasan fungsi dari UKS, sebagai sarana yang efektif dalam mensosialisasikan kesehatan ; membentuk PERCIL (Perawat Kecil) sebagai rode model PHBS. Metode kegiatan dengan memberikan pendampingan pengisian raport kesehatan siswa, pengenalan alat-alat UKS dan penyuluhan tentang PHBS (perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat). Kegiatan dilakukan selama 8 bulan pada guru pendamping UKS sejumlah 4 guru dan 20 siswa kader UKS. Setelah pemberian materi, kemudian dilakukan post test dan dipilih 10 siswa berdasarkan nilai post tes tertinggi yang akan dilatih secara intensif untuk menjadi PERCIL (perawat kecil) dan akan mewakili sekolah dalam lomba UKS. Peserta diberikan pre tes dan pos tes oleh pengabdi menggunakan instrumen yang dibuat oleh pengabdi berdasarkan materi yang diberikan. Terjadi peningkatan nilai rata–rata pengetahuan dari 20,65 menjadi 68,85. Tim juga memberikan bantuan peralatan UKS, poster dan buku raport kesehatan siswa dan buku informasi kesehatan untuk siswa usia usia sekolah. Kegiatan bermanfaat untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan Guru dan Kader UKS.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of public services carried out by the Jayawijaya Regency Population and Civil Registration Service to the community. With service quality variables, and indicators: Tangible (physical evidence), Reliability (reliability), Responsivines (responsiveness), Assurance (guarantee), empathy (empathy). The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative data analysis with observation, interview and documentary methods analyzed using qualitative analysis. The data in this study were collected from primary data sources (primary data) and secondary data sources (secondary data). From the primary data source (primary data), the research informants were determined using purposive sampling and accidental sampling techniques. Sources of information on secondary data, obtained through literature and documents. In this study, researchers used data credibility and data confirmability techniques to test the validity of the data. Based on the research results, it is known that the physical evidence (tangible), namely, the facilities and infrastructure are already available although they are still inadequate. Service officers who will carry out service tasks to the community are still lacking. Officers in providing information about requirements to the community, not as expected. Reliability (reliability), it is known that there is a procedure, in the form of a flow chart displayed in the service room. There is a standard operating procedure used in providing services for making birth certificates. In completing the birth certificate, there is still no discipline. The absence of clear information about the service requirements provided by service personnel. Responsiveness (responsivines), regarding the certainty of service schedules, has been running according to established standards. The implementation of service standards, in making birth certificates, is neither fast nor precise. Officers do not listen to customer complaints regarding the completion of the birth certificate. Assurance, it is known that officers have not guaranteed the timeliness of completing documents, and empathy (empaty), that officers pay attention to customer interests, are in accordance with public service standards. The attitude of the officers in serving is polite.

Abstract

COVID-19 pandemic has had a wide impact on various sectors, especially education. Countries around the world are implementing policies to prevent transmission by limiting face-to-face meetings at schools and universities with e-learning. For health students, such as midwifery STIKes Mita RIA Husada, who apply practical learning, they need a breakthrough so that the evaluation of skills runs optimally. The purpose of this study is to develop a website-based application for learning the clinical practice of midwife students during the Covid-19 pandemic and to test the user experience. The method used in this study is the Analysis, Development, Implementation, Evaluation (ADIE) method. In the User Experience evaluation stage, online data collection uses the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) tools. The population and sample were 41 students of applied midwifery SMRHJ. The results of the SMRHJ analysis used a paper checklist in a practice assessment. During the development, the SINIBID application has been produced for website-based midwifery practice assessment with the link http://sinibid.id/. The results of the user experience test for several groups of UEQ testing categories, namely the attractiveness of the application above the average (1.23), in terms of application clarity below the average (0.77), in terms of efficiency above the average (1.19), application accuracy is below average (1.06), application stimulation is good (1.42), and novelty is also stated to be good (1.27). Conclusion: the SINIBID application is useful and good for use in the learning process of midwifery students. aspects of clarity that are still lacking to be addressed by adding instructions for use.
