PENINGKATAN KOMPETENSI GURU DALAM MENYUSUN RPP MELALUI SUPERVISI TAHUN 2021 DI MTS IBNU TAIMIYAH SINGKAWANG SOBARI SOBARI

Abstract

This study aims to obtain information on the extent of efforts to increase teacher competence in preparing lesson plans through academic supervision by the principal of MTs Ibnu Taimiyah Singkawang for the 2020/2021 academic year. The research subjects were teachers of MTs Ibnu Taimiyah with a total of 13 people. This research took place in 2 cycles. Based on the analysis of the first cycle, data regarding the quantity of RPP was 69.32% in terms of the quality of the RPP. The results of the RPP were analyzed by researchers, only 46.1% (6 people) of teachers who had RPP were considered good, while 23.1% (3 people) ) teachers who have good RPP quality and 30.8% (4 people) teachers who have poor RPP quality. From the reflection of the first cycle, it was obtained that the quality of the lesson plans had not yet reached the established research indicators, thus the research was continued to the second cycle and the results of the quantitative analysis were 100% of the teachers compiling the lesson plans, the assessment of the quality of the lesson plans had increased. This can be seen from the number of teachers who are able to prepare lesson plans properly and correctly, 92.31% (12 people) in the good category and teachers who are able to prepare lesson plans at 7.69% (1 person) in the sufficient category. From the results of the quality of lesson plans, it can be concluded that the implementation of continuous academic supervision can improve the ability of teachers in preparing lesson plans and the research indicators have been exceeded, namely 85.71% of teachers who have good quality lesson plans. In terms of analyzing/testing the authenticity of the RPP compiled by the teacher, the results show that the RPP collected by the teacher is original. This can be seen by the large number of teachers who are able to carry out learning according to the plan made with a percentage of 92.31% in the category according to the average value of 85.00. Through the reflection of cycle II, the results have reached the indicators of success in this research. Thus, continuous academic supervision can improve teacher competence in preparing lesson plans at MTs Ibnu Taimiyah for the academic year 200/2021 ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapat informasi sejauh mana upaya peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam menyusun RPP melalui supervisi akademik oleh kepala sekolah MTs Ibnu Taimiyah Singkawang Tahun Pelajaran 2020/2021. Subjek penelitian adalah guru MTs Ibnu Taimiyah dengan jumlah 13 orang. Penelitian ini berlangsung dalam 2 siklus. Berdasarkan analisis siklus I diperoleh data mengenai kuantitas RPP sebesar 69,32% dari segi kualitas RPP diperoleh hasil RPP-nya dianalisa oleh peneliti, hanya 46,1% ( 6 orang) guru yang memiliki RPP dinilai baik, sedangkan 23,1% (3orang) guru yang memiliki kualitas RPP cukup baik dan 30,8% (4 orang) guru yang memiliki kualitas RPP kurang baik Dari refleksi siklus I diperoleh hasil kualitas RPP yang belum mencapai indikator penelitian yang ditetapkan, dengan demikian penelitian dilanjutkan ke siklus II dan diperoleh hasil analisis secara kuantitas 100% guru menyusun RPP ,penilaian secara kualitas RPP mengalami peningkatan. Hal ini terlihat dari jumlah guru yang mampu menyusun RPP dengan baik dan benar sebesar 92,31% (12 Orang) kategori baik dan guru yang cukup mampu menyusun RPP sebesar 7,69% (1 Orang) kategori cukup. Dari hasil kualitas RPP dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan supervisi akademik berkelanjutan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam menyusun RPP dan indikator penelitian telah terlampaui yaitu 85,71% guru yang mempunyai kualitas RPP dengan kategori baik. Adapun dari segi menganalisa/menguji keaslian RPP yang disusun oleh guru diperoleh hasil bahwa RPP yang dikumpulkan guru adalah bersifat original. Hal ini terlihat dengan cukup besarnya guru yang mampu melaksanakan pembelajaran sesuai dengan rencana yang dibuat dengan persentase 92,31% kategori sesuai dengan nilai rata-rata 85,00. Melalui refleksi siklus II diperoleh hasil yang sudah mencapai indikator keberhasilan dalam penelitian ini. Dengan demikian supervisi akademik yang berkelanjutan dapat meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam menyusun RPP di MTs Ibnu Taimiyah Tahun Pelajaran 200/2021.

Abstract

The implementation of supervision carried out by madrasah principals every semester there are findings including the ability of teachers in preparing RPP is low. This study aims to obtain information on the extent to which efforts to increase teacher competence in compiling RPP through academic supervision by the principal of MTs Ibnu Taimiyah Singkawang for the 2021/2022 academic year. The research subjects were teachers of MTs Ibnu Taimiyah with a total of 13 people. This research took place in 2 cycles. Based on the pre-cycle analysis, it was found that the average score quality data for RPP teachers was only 65.05%, so the researcher as the principal wanted to conduct school action research as an effort to increase teacher competence in preparing and implementing lesson plans (RPP) through continuous academic supervision from cycle I reflection. The results obtained from the quality of the lesson plan with a score of 82.20%, this shows that the research indicators that have been set have not been achieved, thus the research is continued to cycle II. and the esultsf the analysis of RPP quality assessment have increased. This can be seen from the number of teachers who are able to compile the RPP properly and correctly by 93.17%. As for analyzing/testing the authenticity of the RPP compiled by the teacher, the result is that the RPP collected by the teacher is original. Through the reflection of cycle II, the results have reached the indicators of success in this research. ABSTRAKPelaksanaan supervisi yang dilakukan kepala madrasah setiap semester terdapat temuan diantaranya kemampuan guru dalam menyusun RPP rendah maka Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapat informasi sejauh mana upaya peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam menyusun RPP melalui supervisi akademik oleh kepala sekolah MTs Ibnu Taimiyah Singkawang Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022. Subjek penelitian adalah guru MTs Ibnu Taimiyah dengan jumlah 13 orang. Penelitian ini berlangsung dalam 2 siklus. Berdasarkan analisis pra siklus diperoleh data kualitas skor rata guru RPP hanya 65,05%, maka peneliti selaku kepala sekolah ingin melakukan penelitian tindakan sekolah sebagai upaya peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam menyusun dan menerapkan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPP) melalui supervisi akademik berkelanjutan dari refleksi siklus I diperoleh hasil kualitas RPP skor 82,20% hal ini menunjukan belum tercapai indikator penellitian yang ditetapkan, dengan demikian penelitian dilanjutkan ke siklus II. dan diperoleh hasil analisis penilaian kualitas RPP mengalami peningkatan. Hal ini terlihat dari jumlah guru yang mampu menyusun RPP dengan baik dan benar sebesar 93,17% Adapun dari segi menganalisa/menguji keaslian RPP yang disusun oleh guru diperoleh hasil bahwa RPP yang dikumpulkan guru adalah bersifat original. Melalui refleksi siklus II diperoleh hasil yang sudah mencapai indikator keberhasilan dalam penelitian ini.
