This study aims to find out how to improve the implementation of the school and guardian partnership program by optimizing the role of the school committee and evaluating the role of student guardians and homeroom teachers in the program at SMA Negeri 9 Tebo in the odd semester of the 2019/2020 school year. This research can be classified in the type of School Action Research (PTS) with descriptive analysis of data with the following results: there is an increase in the percentage of program implementation in cycle 1 47.62%, cycle 2 85.71% with optimization of the role of the School Committee from 37, 50% in cycle 1 to 87.50% in cycle 2. The results of the evaluation of the role of the guardian of students also experienced an increase from the criteria of good enough to very good, as well as the evaluation of the role of the homeroom teacher, it was found that the score with the criteria was very good. Based on these results, it can be concluded that optimizing the role of the School Committee can improve the implementation of the School and Guardian Partnership program, and this activity has a positive impact on the relationship between schools and guardians. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peningkatan keterlaksanaan program kemitraan sekolah dan wali dengan mengoptimalkan peran komite sekolah serta mengevaluasi peran wali murid dan wali kelas dalam program tersebut di SMA Negeri 9 Tebo semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2019/2020. Penelitian ini dapat digolongkan dalam jenis Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah (PTS) dengan analisis data secara analisis deskriptif dengan hasil sebagai berikut: terdapat peningkatan persentase keterlaksanaan program pada siklus 1 47,62%, siklus 2 85,71% dengan optimalisasi peran Komite Sekolah dari 37,50% pada siklus 1 menjadi 87,50% pada siklus 2. Hasil evaluasi peran wali murid juga mengalami peningkatan dari kriteria cukup baik menjadi sangat baik, demikian pula halnya dengan evaluasi peran wali kelas didapati skor dengan kriteria sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa optimalisasi peran Komite Sekolah dapat meningkatkan keterlaksanaan program Kemitraan Sekolah dan wali, dan kegiatan ini berdampak positif terhadap hubungan antara sekolah dan wali.
